“My request for more emails was dealt with efficiently although it took a few days. At first I sent the request to a different email address so that might have delayed things. I am not sure which one to use for new sales.”

“Once we established the process between Global Relay and Cobweb had fallen down and that the charges over the past 12 months+ had been incorrect our Relationship Manager and Technical Support issued a Credit Note correcting the situation very promptly. It did take a while to get to this point though.”
