“The MDs email account got hacked. We called Cobweb and the Technician patiently talked us through how to 'fix' the issue. The relief was immense!”

“instant response understood the ongoing issues, made decision and followed course of action to correct matter. Fixed in 1 phone call potentially as working correctly before phone call/ online access was completed. Even assisted with add-in issues. Provided confidence to know support readily at hand, especially for us that are technincally challenged.”

“Cibi has been excellent. He has been patient and clearly explained the range of options. He has also been flexible allowing me to work around the IT issues to attend important calls. He scheduled calls, made a home visit and was overall exemplary.”
