Worst retail experience in some time. It was stated shoes fit true to size and not even close. Not sure if I would need a full sixe size and a half or 2 sizes down. Shoes also quite wide. I own over 100 pairs of shoes with a 1/2 of the size I ordered so I know the information on sixing was incorrect. And for my trouble I get to waste time taking multiple pictures in order to generate a return and even worse get charged $15 for the priveledge. I am interested in your exotic skin belts which should be easier to size (but I have seen belts incorrectly sized as well!) but this expereince has been so awful I am not sure I can place anoher order with your company

I recently made a purchase from COBBLERUNION, and unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was less than satisfactory. After waiting for over a month with no updates on the shipping status, I reached out to inquire about my order. The first response I received was simply an explanation about a high volume of orders causing delays. After waiting for an additional two weeks and still not receiving any updates, I contacted customer service again, only to be informed that the shoes I had purchased online were falsely advertised at a lower price and they would not fulfill my order. To add insult to injury, the compensation offered for this inconvenience was a mere $20 discount for my next purchase. Overall, my experience with COBBLER UNION's customer service left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. The lack of transparency regarding the pricing error and the minimal compensation offered for the inconvenience only added to my dissatisfaction. I hope they can improve their communication and customer service practices in the future to avoid similar issues for other customers.

I bought a pair of shoes, a matching belt, and various shoe maintenance supplies. The shoes were the wrong size, so I returned them the same day as received, unworn except to try on, and have yet to receive the replacement pair, and have no update on when these might be shipped. The original order was badly packed, and the belt and shoe maintenance supplies fell out of the box in transit. Over $200 value. Apparently I will just be out these costs. The customer service phone number on the website is no longer in service. Emails get cursory and unhelpful, if accurate, responses.

I was very disappointed with my Cobbler Union experience and purchase. Shipping was slow and communications about the shipment's ETA were poor. The pair of shoes I had ordered ultimately arrived, but there were some small scratches and imperfections on the uppers--you need better quality control checks for your shoes. I will not be purchasing from Cobbler Union again.

Quality control is very poor. The right shoe inner sole is not properly glued. Both shoe have marks of wearing, plus the leather feel plasticky and cheap, same with the finition. The pair feels light like a sneaker, almost 200gramms lighter than a previous model bought on your website (Miquel uR) This is my second and last order. In my first order you have send me two trees shoe with big defects also. At a price range of 400euros for a pair i expect a lot more. I've heard positive thing on internet about Cobbler Union, but as far as i'm concerned i'm very disapointed. American market is probably better treated.

The shoes are made with good material but the fit is not good. they are wide in the middle. On top of that, if you try to return it, Cobbler Union won't give you the option for a refund to the original payment, only a store credit. Now, why would I purchase another shoe that won't fit? Very disappointed.

Of course we offer refunds through the original payment method. And the entire process to get a refund is automatic on our returns portal.

Disappointing customer service. No explanation provided for considerable delays and no substantial response to questions. They didn't pick up the phone customer line either.

I own several pairs of your shoes. They are quality made shoes. I made all my purchases at the Ponce City Market store. I recently ordered my first pair online. This was about 7 August 23. It’s 25 August 23 and I haven’t received my order. The only way you can contact anyone is through email. The number provided does not work. Until there is another brick and mortar store, this will be my last online order.

Bought Mustard Belt and Shoe - belt was the correct Mustard color, and the shoe was cognac color with a museum patina and brown patina tip. Created exchange...waited for the shoes to ship from Spain (again) no local USA stock. Shoe delivered and the same cognac museum patina. Tried to exchange online and the order could not be found. Called and was told 2 exchange limit but couldn't get exchange processed. Requested a return label so I could re-purchase as a solution...24 hours later still waiting on the label. Approaching 30 days for this pair of shoes - everyone is pleasant, but now forced to shop elsewhere.

The sneakers are way smaller than their true size. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

I paid for these shoes on April 30th. It is now May 18th and I am still waiting. I got a FedEx tracking number that is not working and Customer Service does not respond. Very poor service.

It is true that we experienced an extraordinary delay with your shipment, which has reached its destination on May 24th. We appreciate your patience! But the tracking number does work. On the FedEx tracking page, you can see a photograph of your shoe package at the doorstep of your home.

I didn't receive a item that was ordered. Order Nu: CU41201US and the item was the Saphir Dubbin Draisse. This item was never received.
