“Wrong style shoes sent. Shoe box mismarked. I ordered Richard which has laces. I got sent shoes with buckles ? Why ??
I tried giving a smaller company a chance. I should not have even tried to buy nice shoes
I’ll have to take time out of my schedule to go purchase cheap shoes from the local shopping mall that have laces.”
“Service at the Store Level was great. However the warehouse shipped is horrible. I waited almost 2-weeks for a belt to be shipped from Duluth, GA to Peachtree City, GA. This is inexcusable.
Since the Atlanta store is closing and only online shopping will be available. Customer Service will need to step it up and process orders in a much faster way.”
