“I decided to re-mortgage my flat and went through CLS Money. George sorted everything with me and got me a lender in no time. Alongside George, Rachael helped at points. Both were extremely quick in helping with any queries I had and making sure the process went smoothly. I can't thank George and Rachael enough for their help and would highly recommend them for others in the future.”

“Can't speak highly enough of the service that was provided by Luke. He was very informative throughout the whole process and helped to alleviate any stress I had when it came to arranging the mortgage for my 1st home. Thank you again Luke you're a top bloke! Definitely recommend!”

“If you are a first time buyer than CLS Money is the perfect place to start your journey. I have tried so many brokers previously but none of them helped and wasted lot of time. Finally I found CLS Money and Luke and Sian helped us getting initial consultation to getting AIP to mortgage offer within just three weeks and they kept us informed about the process.. thank you so much for all your help and guidance.”

“Such a great and efficient service. I was dreading the remortgaging process, but Leanne Acott has made it so simple and easy to follow. With her wealth of knowledge she found us the best product on the market and got our mortgage approved in no time. Leanne's customer service is top class, she's very friendly and goes out of her way to assist her customers. Thank you so much for your help Leanne. “I had found the house i wanted and offer accepted, but every broker i went to was having difficulties in getting me a mortgage offer. My brother who already has used CLS recommended me to them. At first i was reluctant to go through due to the steep prices compared to other brokers however after getting my MORTGAGE OFFER i now understand why the prices are higher and that is because their service is spectacular and indeed they are SPECIALIST BROKERS who get the job done. My case handler was Frankie Butt who was very reassuring as through CLS i had one lender decline but she said don’t worry theres another lender and she put my application through and after a few days i had received a phone call saying my mortgage offer had been given. I was definitely over the moon as i had no hope thinking I wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage due to being a young first time buyer at age of 19. The three people who were very helpful were Frankie Butt, Megan Thirkettle and Amy randall. Each one of these persons helped me in different ways in reassuring, explaining and helping me understanding the whole process. If i could rate 10 stars i would but 5 stars is the best you can do here. Will be recommending any friends and family to come and use CLS. And I definitely will be coming back in the future if ever required. Thank you Frankie Butt Thank you Megan Thirkettle Thank you Amy Randall Thank you CLS Money!”

“Amy was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, regularly checking in and chasing our solicitors. Far from the most straightforward experience with them closing part-way through but Amy was supportive throughout!”

“This was the third time we have used CLS Money. We used them for our original mortgage and subsequent mortgage renewals. It os alway straight forward and promp and completely worry free! We will most definitely be using them again in 5 years time!”

“We entered this process knowing nothing about buying a property. From the start it was a down to earth, friendly discussion, to breakdown our situation and requirements. They found the right offer in principle for us, at a rate I did not think we could achieve in our circumstances. Though the lender had many follow up queries and further information they required, CLS made this process as straightforward and stress free as possible, ultimately securing us a full offer from the lender. They even provided free and open insurance advice, resulting in a comprehensive and competitvely priced life and home cover. Ours was a complicated situation, with self employment and foreign nationality thrown into the mix of bad credit. CLS were recommended to me, but I have only subsequently researched and found that we got lucky. This is an excellent service and well worth the fee, which you only pay when they have brought you success. Many thanks CLS”

“Great company with well informed staff that work to find you the best mortgage offer on the market, not only in terms of money but in terms of being a good lender, checking for portability and affordability. They are great at keeping in contact with you throughout the process and make it as easy as possible. Melissa, Rachel and Ellen were amazing - helping me through each step of the process from choosing the mortgage offer, getting the valuation of my property and checking the affordability of the mortgage and the legal issues, and Ellen is a superstar on the life insurance and critical care insurance details. “Well what can I say about Sue Bruns & Gemma Bentley apart from they are miracle workers. I was let down last minute by my current mortgage provider in the porting over for the purchase of a new house due to an error at their end. I spoke with sue at 5.30pm on Friday the 14th of July, explained my situation. She then ran through an application and had an agreement in principle 30 mins later. She went above and beyond working on the application over the weekend which was submitted on the Sunday. Gemma and Sue were then in touch with myself and the lender on the Monday to explain the time sensitive nature as my entry day is only 3 weeks away. I then had my formal offer by 10am on Tuesday the 18th of July. Unbelievably quick. Everything explained along the way and what the next steps are. I went from being extremely stressed on the Friday thinking I was losing out on the house I really wanted to absolute jubilation at getting it over the line in about 72 hours. I cannot thank them enough, highly recommended”

“When you cold call a new broker as a customer you do feel a little wary of what type of service you will get. From the get go I liked the way James Sophie and the team approached my mortgage enquiry. Straight talking, no messing about which I like. Always got back to me when I called, emailed. Very professional in the way they conduct their business. I will be contacting CLS again in a few months to help with another lending stream. Over all very impressed indeed, great job thanks Dave.”
