“Couldn’t recommend CLS money enough. First time buyer so really had no idea about the whole buying process. From start to finish CLS have supported me through everything, and provided very friendly help. Also helped with life and home insurance which i will have their support for life which is way more than i expected from this service. Amazing!”

“George was amazing really helped me during a difficult time, arranging a mortgage to buy my ex out of the family home, at my age I thought mortgages were in my past but he was professional and very supportive, couldn't recommend him enough”

“We recently used Ellen and her team to take out buildings insurance and couldn't recommend enough. Always on hand to explain, answered all our queries and were very friendly and not forcing products on us at all. Particularly Sophie Lebeze who was very helpful and available! “I'm a first time buyer and purchased under auction conditions so I needed things moving fast. Unfortunately another broker let me down last minute and in a mad rush, CLS came through for me. Im CIS (construction industry scheme) Self employed so many lenders were being fussy. Frankie at CLS got me a great mortgage deal with absolutly no issues. Even better, it was officially approved and underwritten in less than 4 working days. I cannot thank them enough for their speedy and reliable service. They might not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and Frankie has saved me thousands. Highly recommend CLS if you want first class service.”

“I was extremely dubious about applying for a mortgage as I have adverse credit from a few years ago. I came across CLS and Lauren was assigned my case, she was extremely helpful, friendly and patient with me. I applied for my Mortgage with Kent Reliance on Jan 31st, I received my offer today! Yes it was a long process but that was down to the lender requesting other documents that I couldn’t provide at that exact time. I am so pleased with how I was treated from start to finish. “My Mortgage Advisor was Lauren and I have to say she was AMAZING! I was so dubious about applying for a Mortgage because I had some adverse credit from a few years ago, but after speaking to Lauren, I felt extremely confident she would beable to help me. It took 6 weeks in total but that’s because the Lender had asked for extra documents, so it was extremely stressful waiting but Lauren kept me up to date and finally….I GOT MY MORTGAGE OFFER TODAY!!! 😀🥳 Thank YOU SO MUCH LAUREN AND ALL AT CLS. 👌👌👌”
