“This is the second time using CLS money for our mortgage. We spoke with George who went above and beyond to get us the best offer. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept us fully informed on everything that was happening. Alice was also a great help, she sent regular emails with updates and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend CLS money for a stress free process.”

“CLS were very helpful with my remortgage with various things having to be dealt with. In particular Paul with the initial work of finding the right provider and prices etc. Also Amy with the aftercare and answering any question that I sent her way. Overall a stress-free process (as much as it can be). Would recommend them to anyone with a re-mortgage that isn't very straightforward. Very grateful, Thanks”

“I don’t even know where to begin! First of all Charlie is amazing! He is literally god sent! He is the mortgage broker we were allocated. After months of trying to get a mortgage, and being rejected by other brokers (who claimed they could help people in difficult positions), we was loosing hope. Due to having not great credit scores, debts and bad repayment history (for 1 of us), we were really struggling. After finding CLS money, I thought I’d try one more time before giving up, we didn’t really have anything to loose since they only charge you once they’ve got you a guarantee mortgage offer you’re happy with! Within 12 days, he had us an offer we were happy with! He was always updating us, reassuring us, he explained everything so well, in normal every day terms and language Lol! it was such a smooth process, he even went to the extent of telling us the outcome for other people and what we would likely be looking at (from his experience). He even told us about plan B and C, and had a variety of lenders we could possibly go with. There’s just too much good to say about CLS money, for first time buyers, we could not be more happy with their service! They are incredible, professional, polite and not con artists like most brokers out there. I was sceptical about using them because I had seen some bad reviews, but honestly I’m not even sure if we used the right place!! We took a chance, and it was SO worth it. My sister is looking to buy a house in the next 6 months, she’s in a similar position to me, and I know who she will be using as her broker for sure! :)”

“Quick, efficient service from CLS in particular Luke Herrington and Sian Moore. Despite being on a low income Luke managed to get me an affordable mortgage offer. They kept me informed every step of the way and maintained consistent communication with me. I would definitely recommend CLS to anyone regardless of what your situation maybe!”

“I was struggling to remortgage because of our age, we really did not want to go down the equity release route which was all everyone said we could do. I found CLS with a web search, I'd tried other brokers and had even spoken direct to lenders without success. CLS thought they could help .. I must admit I was a bit sceptical but thought for £99 upfront it was worth a go. A month later and we've just completed on our new mortgage with a first class lender .. can't believe it. The girls at CLS were brilliant, great communicators, said what they were going to do and did it. No delays, they kept everything on tr.ack, simple and straightforward, great service. My scepticism was totally misplaced - can't fault them. Thank you Lauren, Megan and Amy - brilliant team, exceptional service.”

“I can't praise them enough. It's been tough going and probably one of the longest remortgage jobs CLS have had to deal with, but they have helped me all the way and I hope to use them again when it will be a lot easier I'm 2yrs time.”

“Absolutely outstanding service! Gemma Holmes was amazing from start to finish. Gemma organised the best deal for me, the best solicitor, I didn't have to worry about anything. Mine was a complex need, due to a plethora of health issues. Gemma did all the paperwork. Despite my mature age, this is my first time buying my own home. I honestly wouldn't have had a clue! But all I had to do was send Gemma documents that she requested. She's worked so hard to get me the best mortgage available. I genuinely couldn't have asked for more. Both Gemma and Sian have ensured that the process has gone so smoothly for me. I've not had to stress about anything at all. Total professionalism from them both. The only thing that's left for me to do now, is sign on the dotted line! Thank you both so much. Even our doggy is happy.”
