“CLS money have been amazing from the get go, we chose them through pure luck and I believe god was on our side when we chose CLS money! Amy especially has been amazing and I’m actually sad that the process is over and a weekly calls have come to an end I genuinely feel like we’ve made a friend! Her professionalism is next to none she’s has had our back a million percent through some difficult times which I must state had nothing to do with CLS money!! Recommend a million percent.”

“Honestly the best mortgage advisors I could of asked for, they managed my whole mortgage process, every person who answer their phones are nice speaking people, two special shout outs to Amelia who was amazing but Amy made sure she rang us every single week to give us a update and generally seemed to care about us, I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“Not a great experience for me. Mixups over quotes, not a massive issue on its own, but then I received updates on the CLS portal about a different address, making me nervous my own data elsewhere. Solicitors calling to say they’ve been assigned by CLS, when I hadn’t requested them. Then some hard sell on accompanying insurance. However, I have to say Amy was very good, very helpful and kept in touch from the point she became involved.”

“As first time byers with adverse credit we where sceptical if we could get a mortgage but soon after speaking to Gemma at CLS we felt that the dream could become reality. Gemma showed great empathy and committed to matching us with a provider within a short time she had secured a mortgage in principle with a specialist provider which she had a direct contact with. I think the fact that Gemma, CLS and the mortgage provider looked at us as people first and showed understanding of our personal circumstances and not just as numbers allowed us to secure a mortgage offer in very short time. We are very grateful for the good communication and personal touches, we felt looked after by the team at CLS. Thank you very much! Based on our experience I would happily recommend them to anyone seeking a mortgage especially if you have adverse credit.”

“I’m a repeat customer, and my experience with CLS has been nothing short of exceptional each time. When I first came across the company I feared I’d need to sell my home as I’d been rejected by several lenders - I was negotiating a divorce with bad debt and wanted to buy my ex out. Within weeks they secured me a great offer and even managed to improve on the offer before completion. 2 years on, they have now secured my remortgage with a high street lender and I couldn’t be happier. Amy has been fantastic, responding quickly to queries, keeping me updated throughout and helping me stay on track which was definitely needed! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CLS.”
