“I cannot recommend Gemma and Sian enough throughout the process of getting my mortgage offer. They've been unbelievably helpful and explained every process so I knew exactly what was happening and understood it every step of the way. For a young person like myself getting a mortgage on their own it can be extremely difficult and stressful and Gemma & Sian made sure I had the best experience possible. Thank you very much. I Highly recommended.”

“Charlie and the team did a fantastic job in securing a mortgage for me! As a freelancer I was concerned about the ability to obtain a mortgage particularly in this current economic climate. However, after an initial consultation, they were confident that I would have no problems. Today, I received my written mortgage offer! Great job guys!”

“What a shambles. I asked my mortgage broker, Paul to include my solicitors fees in the loan, he said there would be a small fee and I would get this back through lender which was fine. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I was hit will a bill of £1,500 from the solicitor which was obviously a huge shock. When I approached Paul, he didn’t respond to emails and totally ignore my calls. A simple thing like remortgaging shouldn’t be as hard and costly as it was with this company. Would never recommend”

“Wow what can I say on the off chance I came across cls money and I received a phone call of sue from start to finish it had taken about 9 days to get my mortgage offer and I can not be any happier these people are the best and anyone that needs a mortgage I will be sending there way thanks again for all your hard work and dedication”

“If you're looking for a bespoke mortgage, then look no further that CLS! My mortgage was being dealt with by Paul Merrett & Victoria Fortescue. These advisors are excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. I was kept informed of my mortgage application all the way through the process and any hiccups were ironed out almost immediately. I can 100% recommend CLS.”

“We went to CLS as our first broker struggled to get us a mortgage offer with a decent rate. Within 3 days we had the mortgage accepted and Shane and Amelia were phenomenal from start to finish in making this happen…. and at a much lower rate! Thanks so much”
