“We can’t overstate how brilliant Lauren was in securing our mortgage. Her knowledge, expertise and calm tenacity meant that we could not only achieve a higher budget than we expected, but that an unexpected bump along the road was navigated with (apparent!) ease. So grateful”

“Throughout the process the staff demonstrated a deep understanding of the mortgage and presented us with various options tailored by to our financial situation. From our initial consultation to the final approval, CLS was professional and knowledgeable. What stood out most was the level of personalised attention and care I received. “Where do I start with this! From seemingly looking to be at the point of losing our purchase because the broker at the time had completely done things incorrectly and lost our trust, we went looking all over to try and find a lender who could help us. That's where CLS stepped in, we were first assigned with the wonderful Luke H who was fantastic in his support and understanding, even more so with taking us through the process and providing suitable solutions whenever any issues cropped up. It was great news when Luke gave us the call that our mortgage had been approved and we were over the moon and ecstatic. Then when we were going through all the solicitor struggles with getting everything done after we secured the mortgage, we had Freya C and Amy R checking in with us all the time to make sure everything was on track for us and providing any insight themselves when they could. Finally when all was done it was a pleasure being supported by Sophie L and her immense dedication to us to get our insurance sorted out. We definitely gave her lots of work to do, but it never felt like we were a burden to her. All in all the team were absolutely fantastic at each step of the way and I write this review the day after we completed, with our keys in hand. Sure CLS might cost a bit more than some places and I get that for some people that could be a deal breaker or off-putting, but take it from me, the costs are nothing when you think about the support that we received on just this one transaction, then factor in that we can do this all for free in the future with them again.”

“I was really struggling to find a mortgage for my dream house and had already been through a few brokers. When I spoke to Charlie at CLS he listened to me and my background and began to give me some hope again. I am SO grateful to him for his professionalism and commitment to finding me the right mortgage. He really did go above and beyond and today we finally got the mortgage offer so it was all worth it. Other brokers had really made me feel like I was a burden or that they didn’t have time for me, but he made me feel like he really cared about the outcome and felt as determined as me! Thank you so much, so glad I found you. For anyone wondering if CLS is right for you, my advice is to go for it and if you’re lucky enough to speak to Charlie, you’ll understand why!”

“I typically don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with CLS Money. In my opinion, they are the top mortgage advisor in the market. After being told by multiple advisors that I was not eligible for a mortgage due to starting a new job, Charlie at CLS Money proved them wrong. With two lenders willing to lend to me based on my solid employment history, Charlie and his team supported me every step of the way. Today, I received my mortgage offer thanks to their guidance, and I am incredibly grateful to CLS Money.”
