“CLS have been amazing and I literally can't recommend them enough. We were using another mortgage broker to start with however after 6 months of stress and being told we would have to use an adverse credit lender , we were concerned that we would lose the house that we had put an offer on. After contacting CLS within 2 months we are now completing buying our first home in a weeks time with a high street lender . The customer service has been amazing and CLS have kept us informed at all times. Thank you so much Rachael, Ellis and all at CLS for everything you have done. X”

“This is the second time I have used CLS Money and they are a godsend! Not only did they sort out my mortgage, but they also sorted out my life insurance and home insurance in a totally simple and stress-free way. Amy was my absolute saviour in my most recent transaction - my solicitor was a nightmare and so I relied totally on Amy keeping me updated every step of the way, so that I always knew what was going on. I think I would have been bald by the end of it all if it wasn't for her! Amy, you were my absolutely lifeline, so a huge thank you! As you can probably gather, I cannot recommend CLS Money highly enough, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arose. I have also recommended them to friends already.”

“As a self-employed person in the middle of a pandemic that has meant having to close the doors to my business several times in the last year, I was very worried about my chances of securing a mortgage. However, CLS has managed to get me a mortgage (and at a really good rate too!) really quickly. I absolutely recommend CLS without reservation.”

“I was interested after reading the reviews to get mortgage advice. I asked to only be contacted via email, for as I wanted things written down to discuss and read over. A request which I felt was very simple reasonable Instead I’ve had no emails, and 3-4 calls per day. Will definitely be looking elsewhere.”

“We have used CLS for our first home purchase. Both James A. and Amy R. were absolutely stars. Helpful throughout and can-do mindset have made things at ease. One thing I would advise is to review and choose your solicitors carefully. We have used solicitors that were recommended by CLS Money and this is the only negative thing I can think of in the process. I do recommend CLS Money to my friends and relatives and I would strongly advise you not to hesitate and use their service.”
