“I had a Mortgage advisor prior to coming to CLS which wasnt great and i saw CLS advertised and decided to go with them and im glad i did. My mortgage application and offer was completed within a week. Amy kept in regular contact with me through out the whole process with the solicitor. My process wasnt the smoothest but Amy was either at the end of the phone or email for advice whenever i needed it which then put my mind at ease. I cant Thank them enough for everything they did”

“Jamie and Victoria have been an absolute pleasure in the process of obtaining me a mortgage which can be very stressful at normal times let alone in these hard times were the banks have really tightened the criteria for mortgages. Keep me posted every step of the step even with the smallest of details. Would recommend CLS money, Jamie and Victoria to anyone requiring a mortgage.”

“I cannot recommend CLS enough. Buying a house is rarely straightforward, and like most we had a few quirks in the process. CLS were incredibly responsive and always answered our requests/questions effectively and efficiently. They took so much stress out of the process for us, 100% would use again.”

“As first time buyers we have found CLS particularly Frankie and Victoria extremely helpful. They have been great from the first contact with explaining all steps and have been working tirelessly to get us the best deal. They are both extremely professional and very responsive and couldn’t recommend them both enough. Secured a great mortgage deal and very happy customers. “Fantastic service from the start, with Jamie making contact within 24 hours of me completing online form, to Victoria who oversaw the next part of the application to Amy, who completed the remortgage I was kept updated at all times, all my queries (and there were many) were answered in a timely manner and without fuss. Being able to sign documents electronically via CLS app was a big time saver. The solicitors used were very efficient, despite not being in my area. I would certainly recommend CLS Money to anyone who is needing a mortgage/remortgage and doesn't have a great credit score, like myself. Thank you everyone”

“The initial contact from them is great until they review your credit file and then choose to completely ignore your calls and emails, despite sending numerous requests for an update on a re mortgage Ellis has completely ignored my calls surely she can’t always be on a call when I ring and doesn’t even have the courtesy to reply to my emails! they only want to deal with you if you are credit worthy so they can get paid thier extortionate fees, if they can’t help just be upfront and honest and say you can’t DONT KEEP ME HANGING ON! My advice DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with them if you have bad credit , there are many more decent brokers who are gueniune and are serious about helping you give them a try instead.”

“Everyone we have dealt with at CLS money have been absolutely phenomenal. “CLS Money were excellent from start to completion. At the beginning I dealt with Steve, who done my agreement in principle. He was unbelievably quick with everything. Then Victoria submitted my application and a week later brought tears to my eyes, when she called me with an offer. Amy was the one looking after me from then onwards and she was brilliant.
