“These guys really are the holy grail of adverse credit brokers. I cannot thank Megan enough, she was very responsive every time i popped her an email and i never once got the impression i was pestering her! She kept me updated every day, pushed for updates from the lender constantly and kept me reassured throughout the process that the application was in a good place! This is a life changing achievement for me and i felt Megan and the CLS team genuinely enjoy seeing these dreams happen! Thanks again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!”

“The team were great throughout the process, dealing with Lucy Franklin who originally was our first point of contact on the mortgage side, through to the insurance team Chloe Coleman. All the staff regularly checked in with us at the correct points to make sure everything was in place - would highly reccomend”

“I honestly can’t thank Jack at CLS Money enough! After trying the whole market and being turned down because of a few missed payments, Jack went the extra mile to get me a Mortgage in Principle. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the best deal for me. “George and Nicole were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process from getting a DIP to a full offer. There were some issues with the property following the lender’s valuation, but George and Nicole were really communicative and knowledgeable, guiding me based on their experiences and ultimately getting me the offer I wanted! They answered all of my questions which was great because I felt vulnerable in having no previous mortgage knowledge or experience. Would recommend and feel safe in the knowledge they’ll help me remortgage in 5 years time.”

“It was a very very hard purchase because of seller' solicitor was not responding at all, that's y was running out of time. On the last minute could do it, only because of Amy Randall! She is amazing! She was keep pushing lender and my solicitor to be ready for completion. They are giving a very good service, including of insurance search, conveyancing 100% trust on them.”

“We could not be happier with the service received from CLS, in particular from Frankie, Charlotte and the team. We’re in a complicated financial circumstance and they managed to navigate us through the process with minimal fuss and always being on hand for any questions that we had. This resulted in us going from initial query to full mortgage offer within a few weeks, even with a gifted deposit and other factors at play. Cannot recommend them highly enough!”

“Melissa Woolley was excellent from start to finish. Great communication, knowledgable, helpful.... I am pretty sure she doesn't sleep as she always seemed to find time to answer our emails. If I could give 6 stars I would. CLS as a company is very good. We used them to buy our first home, where we knew nothing about the process... currently moving home for our second time, and we still don't understand the process haha but that is where CLS come in and take a lot of that stress away. We have used them in the last 8 years for remortgaging our property as well. A great company.”
