“Charlie and Rachael (and all staff involved) were all absolutely brilliant. They put us at ease and explained the process through out as first time buyers we were nervous. I had some adverse credit and Charlie has found a lender and we have bought our dream home. Could not recommend highly enough, will tell all my friends and family. Thank you Charlie.”

“We tried various mortgage brokers nd every single one declined us for various different reasons. I found CLS via Google and I decided to give a last try, we had nothing to lose. The process was very straight foward, but I could not believe how simple it was, the costumer service and the whole suported provided by Charlie McEachern and his team was excelente. The lender made an mortgage offer and we were so happy and surprised that at any other broker we had no support or hope. Thank you CLS and Charlie for helping us during this process.”

“Hi guys ! If there was a 10* you would be getting it . I dealt with Charlie - he has been great from the 1st telephone conversation . He Explained everything to me in simple terms , going over every single thing until I was happy . I couldn't make my mind up about mortgage term and amount to borrow i was a absolute nightmare !!!!! He never once gave me any indication he was fed up or annoyed he just re did calculations etc and went through everything all over again . Polite well mannered and very helpful .. thank you Charlie ! It was so easy to sort mortgage with you !! X”

“I got back in touch with CLS as I used them to purchase my first property and I was now looking to re-mortgage for a better interest rate. Frankie was my first point of contact and was very helpful in getting all the figures together to make sure I would get the best deal possible. Amy Randall also assisted when getting the completion through. We hit some unplanned bumps along the way but Amy was very patient and extremely helpful and got the deal through. I will definitely be coming back when I need help with my property in the future. 10/10”

“After initially being turned down for a mortgage from my own bank Nationwide due to some historical adverse credit, I will admit to being a little sceptical at the outset. My main question was would CLS Money be able to help me secure a mortgage that wasn't loaded with ridiculous arrangement fees and a high interest rate. From the start I was fully supported throughout the mortgage application process by Charlie who made everything very straight forward for me. Not only did CLS Money get me a mortgage offer but one which was just as competitive as the main rates being offered by the big banks. I even got a deal which provided £500 cashback which was a nice bonus and will help pay towards my solicitors costs. Just to reference my individual experience, the timeline from getting a decision in principle towards the end of February, to having an offer accepted on a property in early March then securing a full mortgage offer by mid-March is pretty impressive performance in my opinion. Whilst CLS Money are mortgage brokers and rightly charge a fee for their professional service, I would say that this is money well spent if you want a hassle free mortgage experience. Also in my case the mortgage they secured for me was fee free so I actually saved money compared to the fees associated with some of the big banks. In conclusion I would highly recommend CLS Money based on the very professional and highly efficient customer service. I also need to quickly mention Rachael who helped in the final stages of the application in securing my mortgage offer. Thanks to everyone at CLS Money, I am very pleased to be finally buying a house again after over 10 years of renting. You guys are awesome! :-)”

“I had Frankie Butt as my mortgage advisor. As a first time buyer I don't think I could have done this without her. She had me stress free and put my mind at ease if there were any concerns or worries. She always called whenever there was an update and she's really understanding as well. I'm sure they have others that are amazing but I can definitely speak for Frankie when I see she's the best at what she does. I absolutely recommend her!”

“Having used CLS about three times in the past, I can honestly say they are the best- as I did try others that were cheaper over the years- but you really do get what you pay for, and I’m happy to pay for quality, proficiency, and speed! Melissa the broker was very punctual and helpful at finding an option for my complex business capital raising, and thanks to her speedy attention and professionalism, I was able to secure the deal on another business purchase from my capital raising remortgage. Worth every penny of the broker fees! Abigail the assistant / case manager was also very prompt and chased the lenders to speed them up with communication to me throughout. Don’t be tempted to use those free brokers that advertise all over Google, as you’ll feel like just a number and often lose out due to their lack of care; but with CLS you’ll be smooth sailing and they’re just so efficient! I’ll only use them in future for all my needs going forward, including for my BTL portfolio.”

“As an older first time buyer who had been discharged from a trust deed at the start of the year I am glad I picked CLS money , Gemma was the initial contact and went out of her way to source me a lender , she was very helpful and put my mind at ease , for the next stage Abigail was my contact and was very patient with my thousands of questions , and moments of panic , again she was very professional and both ladies worked hard to get my mortgage over the line and got me an offer !
