“I’ve been through a truly difficult and stressful ordeal, but I can honestly say that Chloe and the team at CLS Money were a light in the chaos. “Our experience with CLS Money has been absolutely incredible. We had a terrible experience with another broker prior to contacting CLS Money so were nervous and not really believing we could get a mortgage on the property we had our hearts set on (a grade II listed maisonette). Frankie and Nicole from CLS Money were professional, making the process simple so we understood each step. They were very proactive and when something didn’t add up that the lender had said, they raised an appeal immediately and spoke to an underwriter to get the matter resolved. We now have our firm mortgage offer and could not be more grateful for all their hard work. Thank you so much Frankie, Nicole and CLS Money!”

“Thank you George. We were worried after refused a mortgage from our current provider but George made everything very easy. Our mortgage offer was received within 3 days of an application. We were kept informed on a regular basis and had weekly phone calls from Chloe keeping us up to date with progress until we completed. Definitely recommend”

“I was turned down for a mortgage with Nationwide via another free mortgage broker. Tried CLS money to see if they could do anything for me. They got me a mortgage offer from the same, Nationwide. It cost £1098 all together but got me what I needed, so money well spent. Wish I could explain Nationwide's change of mind, but can't.”

“CLS were efficient and speedy throughout the whole process of finding me a mortgage to completion on my new property. “From day 1 Caitlyn, Megan and the team made this smooth and hassle free, they treated me with patience and respect (old man 1st time buyer!) They were able to tell me exacrlt what was required and what i needed to do, yes its what they do, but they did it with respect and kindnest, if i ever look at another mortgage i would use them again for sure”

“The team at CLS were fantastic. House buying and selling is a very process is very stressful but the team at CLS made the mortgage application stress free. We dealt with Lauren, Megan and Amy. They genuinely care about their clients. We lost houses, mortgage offer expired, were gazumped but the team helped us navigate all these set backs to get us in our new home and Amy even helped speed things up with the solictors and followed up with a called once completed. I genuinely don't know how we would have coped without the team. A big heartfelt thank you from Mark and Mary”

“I am so pleased that I came across CLS money. After much frustration from other brokers that were unable to deliver for us. I spoke to Gemma Goddard who worked brilliantly for us. Gemma did the donkey work found us a lender then went away to have her baby, congratulations on that. Gemma was followed up by Gemma Holmes, Lee Hickey, Megan Thirkettle and Caitlan Clulow, I was always able to speak to someone when I had queries and they all played their part in making our remortgage a reality. The CLS recognised solicitor, Glen Preece of ONP solicitors also did a great job, having to deal with a very awkward maturing lender. We also had Chloe Coleman who was a great intermediary keeping us up to date with proceedings. Thank you one and all for a great job. We have already recommended you to others who may shortly be needing your services. 5 STAR.”
