“We could not be happier with the service received from CLS, in particular from Frankie, Charlotte and the team. We’re in a complicated financial circumstance and they managed to navigate us through the process with minimal fuss and always being on hand for any questions that we had. This resulted in us going from initial query to full mortgage offer within a few weeks, even with a gifted deposit and other factors at play. Cannot recommend them highly enough!”

“Melissa Woolley was excellent from start to finish. Great communication, knowledgable, helpful.... I am pretty sure she doesn't sleep as she always seemed to find time to answer our emails. If I could give 6 stars I would. CLS as a company is very good. We used them to buy our first home, where we knew nothing about the process... currently moving home for our second time, and we still don't understand the process haha but that is where CLS come in and take a lot of that stress away. We have used them in the last 8 years for remortgaging our property as well. A great company.”

“I was struggling to get a mortgage with the usual high street brokers, Chloe Coleman and Charlie McEachern where a delight keeping us updated throughout and eventually getting us what we needing and updating when the rates had dropped giving us a better deal overall. Can’t thank them enough.”

“So happy with the whole experience of using CLS money. George was amazing at guiding me through the whole process! He made something I thought I'd never be able to do possible - and now I have the keys to my very first home! Amy, Chloe, Hannah, everyone! All fantastic at helping out if I had any questions and checking in to see how everything was going. Only ever a phonecall or email away and sorted everything really quickly. Would 100% recommend!”

I spoke to Missy on the Friday who secured an Agreement in Principle same day, Application was submitted on the Monday and my Mortgage Offer came through within a few days. “We had originally been doing a remortgage with another company which was taking months and going nowhere. We spoke to Lee and with the help of Megan our remortgage was sorted in a matter of weeks. Their professionalism and dedication to help was fantastic, they kept us up to date throughout the process and were always available to answer any questions. The only thing we regret is not going with CLS sooner!”

“Can't speak highly enough of the company, our knowledge of getting a mortgage and remortgage are next to zero but since day 1 they have made it effortless and kept us informed of everything,, customer service is excellent are anytime we needed anything they were on hand straightaway 2 people inperticuler Melissa whooley and chloe Coleman Went above and beyond to make sure we felt like our case was the only thing that mattered Can not thank them.enough 🙏”

“After over a year of another broker telling us my temp job was no good, we didn't meet affordability criterion etc CLS money got us a mortgage and we completed in weeks.
