“Cls Money is a fantastic company My advisor was Joshua Weekes Went through the process step by step always at hand via email and calls. Really couldn't do this without him. Days when I was stressed out throughout this process just hearing his calm voice, kept me at ease. I would advise anyone needing to go through the process of getting a mortgage via bank or broker to use this cls money. The whole team was wonderful Very relaxed and organised. Can't thank Joshua and his team enough.”

“The team at CLS have been fantastic and finalising the mortgage was relatively pain free, tbh its only all the paper work and time thats required to get everything in place that drains you, but this in no way reflects the guy's at CLS. That is just the process we have to do. As someone that needed to pay off a help to buy and my local advisor couldn't seem to help on several occasions, it was a leap of faith one afternoon when I had the time to search Google for a lender that may be able to help me. With a poor credit rating, I didn't hold out much hope, but they came to the rescue, and now I just have one morgage to worry about. I will be returning once again in five years to take advantage of a better interest rate or we may even look at moving house. Thank you to all of you, to many names to add in here, but you all know who you are 😉 Many thanks James P”

“I (inclusive of my entire family) have always utilised CLS Money to support all of our financial requirements. I am still astonished with their capability to out-compete every other broker to find the best possible option to suit our needs. In particular, Joshua, Amy and Rhiannon have been hugely supportive to me and my family over the past 3 months - successfully completing on 6 transactions concurrently despite our complex requirements. This includes but is not limited to; BTL (Buy To Let) mortgages, residential equity transfers and new property purchases. When one option failed, CLS were always able to come up with another solution. The CLS team handled and met our needs with clear communication, speed and most importantly - ease. This gave my family great peace of mind. Furthermore, CLS charges a fair price for what i believe is an exceptional service. “CLS money are top dollar expensive but WILL get you that mortgage. You get what you pay for, and this applies to CLS. It is worth using this broker as part of your house purchase costs, as opposed to some things that I find unnecessary. They are quick, efficient and will find you a mortgage tailored to you. Not everyone is straight and narrow on paper as brick banks want you to be, CLS will get you in that property of your dreams which is so hard in the current climate. I liased mainly with Caitlyn and Chloe who were straight to the point. I'm not looking for smiles and fake promises. These will take your information down formally and get down to it. Thanks CLS. “CLS made my remortgage quick and easy. Jack was my broker and he found me a great product, totally suited my needs and clearly listened to exactly what I wanted. Jack stayed in regular contact and answered questions really promptly. He stayed in touch once I was dealing with the mortgage company just to make sure I was ok and understood who I should be speaking to about what at each stage. “Josh helped me find a great deal. I spoke to him late morning, early afternoon he had some deals and options that took account of my exact needs. He made the whole process simple, he clarified everything and he kept me updated. By the afternoon of the following day I had a mortgage offer. Josh did that rare thing these days of keeping in touch by phone. He was prompt with all correspondence and and responding to queries. Josh showed outstanding customer service that's so rare! He's a real credit to CSL Money and based on my interactions with him, I can't recommend the organisation highly enough!!!”
