Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. “Delivery was very good, bought for specific purpose of hoovering up wind blown sand that frequently covers our paving areas requiring a hours of brushing up and binning? Tried vacumaster and seems to get it up but thought is would be more powerfull than it is. Unfortunately hose attachment keeps coming off hand held pole/brush and keep having to re attach not sure how successfull this is going to be for our intended use?”

“Took forever to answer an email regarding an out of stock item. And when they did, the advised date the part would be in stock was off by 10 days. Then notification when the item was back in stock didn't work neither, I had to check every day. If they weren't the only company that stocked this item I wouldn't have bought from them. When in stock, all is OK, proces are great. But customer service could be improved”

“I first saw this on Amazon but I don't like purchasing on Amazon they are more keen on getting you to join Prime than giving you a good customer experience. So I looked around and saw Cleva with 24 hour free delivery so I ordered on Friday evening but it was Tuesday afternoon before it was delivered I was very disappointed I was beginning to think I had been cheated.”

“Very happy with the lawn mower. However the courier is rubbish! Delved the lawnmower and attached photo of it on doorstep, to email. I didn't recognise the front door. Not only was it delivered to wrong house but the wrong road! I eventually tracked it down by looking in doorways of nearby roads. Hadto carry it home despite it being very heavy!”

“After purchase I noticed that an offer was available to purchase both the lawnmower and a grass trimmer together. I therefore contacted Cleva and asked if I could make use of this offer and pay the balance owed. The reply stated I’d need to accept the lawnmower but then return it and then re-order the two items together! What a total joke and what extremely poor customer service simply because the operative dealing could not be bothered!”

“Dear Cleva, I am so sorry to see that my Joey has been re-designed so cheaply. The way to open the unit is very fragile and the plastic is the same. My previous "Joey" was far more robust. Although I realise the cost of materials will have rocketed, but why not market it at £99.00 and make the quality more substantial again? It will be my last Joey if it proves to be short lived. How sad is that! Boo, hoo! Joy Sturgess.”

“Asked for the battery to be checked before dispatch but unfortunately this was not done and item would not work on receipt. Sorted by buying L828 battery and fitting it myself. .”
