We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Since then, we have grown to a 1200 strong workforce and have manufactured over 40 million appliances. All of which have been designed and manufactured by us, in-house.

“Easy to order online directly from LawnMaster but was sent a hedge trimmer instead of grass trimmer. So had to wait extra time to have it picked up and swapped over for grass trimmer. The staff on phone very helpful and not there fault. So thank you very much..”

“CLEVA is 5 stars ***** But unfortunately DPD let you down and they don't deserve any stars! Sorry I compromised at 3 *** The item was shipped 'Next Day Delivery', which should have meant on Friday 13th February (I should have known)! DPD showed it at their Preston Distribution Centre at 02:11 hrs that day; so there was no reason why it should not have been delivered? It would seem their IT systems were not working that weekend, it was a nightmare trying to sign in, re-set a password, download their App and log-in! You used to be able to speak via their online portal about instances like this, but there is no option anymore and my God, trying to complain took forever! One link from their DPD email, took me to a Dutch site to sign in... I think they are all spening too much time in The Smokey Cafe! The DPD customer services is appalling, I eventually submitted a complaint, it went to some 'Executive Office', with the following: Case Reference : 192724760 "Good afternoon, Kindly note this delivery should have been made today, as it was 'Next Day Delivery' (Saturday COD), your tracker shows that it was at the Preston Delivery Depot at 02:11 hrs on 14/02/26 (today); but it now shows that it will be delivered on Monday? Could you please check your records? Their answer, was not an apology, but simply "I’m reaching out from the Complaints Department regarding your recent delivery. According to our system your parcel was successfully delivered today [MONDAY 16/02/26!] at 10:54 AM and was left in the Front Porch." Thank you Emanuel, what an utter waste of my time!! I lost 2-days work on a building site (vacuuming sand out of a cavity and old Victorian wall) - due to their cock-up!!”

“Delivery was very good, bought for specific purpose of hoovering up wind blown sand that frequently covers our paving areas requiring a hours of brushing up and binning? Tried vacumaster and seems to get it up but thought is would be more powerfull than it is. Unfortunately hose attachment keeps coming off hand held pole/brush and keep having to re attach not sure how successfull this is going to be for our intended use?”

“Took forever to answer an email regarding an out of stock item. And when they did, the advised date the part would be in stock was off by 10 days. Then notification when the item was back in stock didn't work neither, I had to check every day. If they weren't the only company that stocked this item I wouldn't have bought from them. When in stock, all is OK, proces are great. But customer service could be improved”
