We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. I'm not sure whether it is down to DPD or Cleva but the package was a few days late. On one occasion (after it was already late) we got a message from DPD saying they tried to deliver but nobody answered, we were in all day that day so I find that hard to believe.

I am very pleased with the Vacmaster. I had problems with ordering the product on line, (even though I have ordered on online before elsewhere) but I was dealt with one of your assistants very nicely & obligingly on the telephone.

Took a couple of days longer to arrive than expected. Package was showing as logged with DPD but not dispatched for a day or two.

Unfortunately I’m still waiting for my vacuum bags to arrive, though the cleaner has arrived, with which I’m very pleased.

The Vacmaster is not a very good product. Extension arms keep coming off .which is a problem. I have 63m2 of artificial grass and I hoped this product would be my saviour sadly not.

Pity a part was missing from the original package because it was delivered in 2 days and was well packed. So 5 stars was missed that would otherwise have been deserved. I think that 4 stars are deserved for effort because a free of charge replacement part was despatched immediately. Unfortunately the carrier let Cleva down by mislaying the replacement. So because Cleva waited several more days before dispatching a further replacement I can only award 3 stars because as a customer who had already paid for the product I just wanted it sorted immediately. As it turned out the judgement of Cleva was right because both replacements eventually turned up, but quicker would have been better. But at the end of all that I'm glad I bought these products.

Customs charges for delivery into EU weren't advertised but item arrived rapidly and works excellently.

I bought a Vacuum Cleaner (probably made in China) from Cleva. Apart from that I know nothing about the company. Apart from sucking up Dust and Debris as it is supposed to do, I am sure the company already has photographs of their own.

Product is outstanding, however, I cannot help feeling they have a missed an important opportunity for customer satisfaction by having attachments that fit all of their different sized products.

Hi, thanks for leaving feedback. As we make vacuum cleaners for both domestic and commercial use, we've found that there isn't demand for all of the same accessories to be available for all products. The accessories available for each product are based on feedback from our customers and how they're using their vacuum cleaner.
The service was good, however, I would prefer to pay a little extra for delivery and have DPD deliver my products rather than Royal Mail who are extremely unreliable. Further more, the 3 star rating is more for the quality of the product, I purchased a replacement hose for my Vacmaster Power 30 PTO, this product has changed from the original hose supplied with the vacuum and the quality is nowhere near as good as the original, plus the inlet port is a completely different size than the original too? Why change something when it's not broken? Very disappointing..!

Some small garden items get clogged in the hose tube and the brush attachment which is not wide enough to enable these items to travel the length of the tube into the bin.

The hoover head is light plastic and it doesn’t pick up very good. Haven’t really used it much for a full review.

A few days later, once you have had time to use your products you should receive 1 request for each product purchased. If this was not the case please email us and we can investigate.
Good vacuum, prompt delivery. It’s a shame that the bin doesn’t detach from the wheels and the hose has too many attachments which is time consuming to put together every time you need to use the machine. A part from that a good machine.

Very pleased with the service and overall quality and performance of product. However when unpacking I noticed the internal filter on my vacuum arrived with a small split in it. Not happy. I have taken photos and will be in contact today.
