We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Since then, we have grown to a 1200 strong workforce and have manufactured over 40 million appliances. All of which have been designed and manufactured by us, in-house.

“While buying the product was very easy and straightforward, getting in touch with Cleva is non existent! I have tried to contact Cleva via their only method of communication (email) twice but I have yet to receive a reply a week later. This is a disgrace if I am being honest. How can this company not have a way to ring them or at least have a live chat function to be able to rectify my situation?”

“Good buying experience and was delivered next day. However, the item, as delivered, was faulty and unusable. When I emailed Cleva support to get it returned for a refund, all I got was a standard acknowledgement that they had received my email and nothing more. I have since sent a second email and still, 10 days after my first email, I have had no response. So, I am left with a brand new mower that does not work and no one will help me get it returned for a refund. Very poor.”

“machine arrived day late after waiting all day.read the instructions with the machine,clearly not suiable for my lawn and boundries.which was the first i had been aware of this situation.Tried the mower to see if it would work but it failed. “Main Item arrived damaged and hose is in unuseable despite best efforts. Customer service ticket raised for return and refund, had no response or reply in 7 days, despite chasing, awful customer service and for a product being of such quality it gets damaged in the post, it obviously isn’t fit for its purpose.”
