Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. I ordered and paid for a Vacmaster Multi 20 vacuum cleaner and all you sent me was a filter!! I wrote to you using your Contact Us and Support facilities, 6 days ago, but haven't had any response. Consequently, I have contacted the Credit Card company to raise a dispute and have my money returned. I only ordered the product on the strength of the Auto Express review without reading any TRUSTPILOT reviews of the company, which are alarmingly bad. I can only assume that nobody within your organisation reads them either.

Not received due to very poor packing by your despatch dept. Still waiting for response after 6 days from your customer service. Having sent 4 emails with photos, 2 forms and left message with accounts twice. I find it quite insulting when ask for feedback following your total failure to provide the purchased items.

This is not a review on the mower as it's rained nearly everyday and been unable to use it, but the comments are about the delivery service you are using.firstly our address was not complete you and the company either would not change it and your company ignored my email but l finally got it sorted and it should have come on the Friday after waiting in all day still no mower, then at about 7.30pm they said they were taking it to a pick up shop inTeynham which is 6miles away, picked up on Sat then had 2 emails from them to say we had not picked it up. It was disgusting service. My husband is 80 and he had to carry a heavy mower across a main road and load it in our car.just because of shoddy service from a delivery company.

I can see that you initially contacted us on the afternoon of 26th February detailing the issue with your address, and that we responded the next day to advise you that we'd assist as much as possible. As your order had already been dispatched, it was difficult for us then to amend the address. As a result, your parcel was taken to a collection point because the driver could not locate your address as it was incomplete. Should this be an issue in future, you can arrange re-delivery to your address. Kind Regards
You gave me a voucher code to get 10% off first order but there was no place to use it on the order, I used the contact form to complain but no responce was forthcoming !

I needed the innerpart of the filter not the outer but there was no way of speaking to anyonr on the phone so waste of time and money.

Online ordering is easy and effective. Customer service is non existent. Completed four of their contact forms with no reply in over a week. I have an existing vacuum from them that has been very reliable (If only customer services were) and need spare parts I now have spent £100 and still have a non working vacuum due to no customer service.

This is what I was told would fit our Cleva Joey 18v VSA1802UK. Looking at it they clearly don’t. The cleaner is in Greece so I can’t try to fit them but they look way too long.

The hedge trimmer is not fit for purpose. Have tried contacting Cleva and sent them the order number and address numerous times, they just don't respond. They then ask to be rated on how well they've done. We'll folks I'd say stay well clear of this company as once they've taken your money you can expect zero help or guarantee from them.

I was delivered a 240v when I ordered a 119v. Nobody answers the phone or email to discuss
