We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Since then, we have grown to a 1200 strong workforce and have manufactured over 40 million appliances. All of which have been designed and manufactured by us, in-house.

“Buying on line was quick and easy. Mower arrived next day, very impressed. However I came to use the mower today for the first time, but couldn't, as one of the elec plug pins is bent at an angle! I havent done anything to cause this. I'm so disappointed its unusable. Have contacted cust service so am waiting to hear.....”

“48 hour delivery for non appliance purchases however the item wasn’t delivered for 1 week despite being ordered on the Wednesday before the bank holiday weekend. Overall happy with the item and used to replace a spear and Jackson charger that stopped working”

“Dealing with Cleva was pretty good. Unfortunately the Lawnmaster product is NOT built to last. The first electric mower broke just outside of warranty and Cleva replaced the mower. In less than a year the replacement product broke in exactly the same place. The mounting point for the roller snapped and the roller cannot be reattached because its integral to the mower. You’d expect a £250 lawnmower to last longer than 12 months. For full disclosure the product was looked after, kept in a shed and probably did no more than 20 cuts of my lawn. I will not buy another Lawnmaster product and would advise people to think very carefully before they purchase one.”

“The lawnmower itself is fine. It's a bigger lawnmower meant for bigger lawns yet has a tiny power lead attached to it, ridiculously small, so I have to drag an extension lead around the garden for the years of lifetime of this mower. Very irritating. Just put a decent lead on it and charge an extra couple of quid for it, sheesh!”

“The actual buying process was easy and delivery was quick and on time. However I have an issue with a defective battery and the After sales service is abysmal. You can only contact them by email and I'm still waiting on a response a week later, very disappointing.”

“It was very unclear from the initial tracking and emails which day the product would be delivered. So, we waited with bated breath over 2 days - to ensure our delivery was not missed we put in the "safe delivery place" in our garden 2 days prior to when the product was actually delivered. We would advise Cleva to take steps to rectify this, so that other customers will not be similarly inconvenienced in the future.”

“After contacting you telling you that there was no house number on the invoice you sent , you said that you have resolved it😕it was good job that I could alter the delivery address to a neighbor as when I received it there wasn't an address on the parcel !!!”
