Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. “Unfortunately the person who put the postage label on my parcel didn’t notice that the address had been partly cut off. It took more than 9 days to reach me. It only reached me as the postal worker recognised my last name and gave me an opportunity to collect before it would be returned to sender.”

“As winter approaches I have not set up the robot todate but will advise in the spring when the grass cutting season starts in the spring. Looking for a garage to house the robot and charging station but not successful so far. Ordering the unit was easy and delivery on schedule as advised. Also the Black Friday reduction was in the price was very welcome.”

“The buying process was really easy and was delivered on time with no issues. However when I opened the package the plastic collection box was broken. I emailed Cleva 3 days ago(Saturday) and still no response. Had it not been for this then I would’ve given 5 stars”

“Website good, item in stock and discount code successfully applied. However the item was not despatched in time for next day delivery, and furthermore the courier company (YODEL) blatantly lied to me by claiming the item was delivered when it was not. Their tracking showed neither a photo nor a geo stamp yet they claimed delivery had taken place. I was home all day and no one from YODEL called. I had to raise a query with them and change my arrangements in order to sign for the delivery the following day.”

“We bought a lawnmaster directly from Cleva. This wasn't as cleva as we thought. ON first use the roller fell off. I fixed it back on but it fell off again, and I couldn't find the bolt/scree fitting to put it back. I now need to get in touch with the company and ask for the lawnmaster to be repaired or replaced. Disappointed.”

“The first attempt was disaster despite choosing 24hrs express service. Waited for 3 days and then contacted them via email. Later on found out that they have to dispatch a new product once again due to some issues with DPD and finally received the product. Thanks to Shelly from customer advisor for keeping me in track for the second order.”

“I find this vacuum cumbersome and heavy to manoeuvre, and so does my son, a very fit young man. The suction is good but I have to reduce it in order to use the brush head. Very frustrating.”

“The Mower arrived the next day but the free peg stick didn't arrive several emails it was added to send me one. After about 8 pegs it jammed 2 pegs in the tube. Had to take it apart parts pinged everywhere got it back together and worked for a few more pegs and stuck again. Now as a disabled person crawling around on the floor putting pegs in by hand and have about 650 sq meters. The lawn mower has not been tried yet. Disappointed !!”

“keeps coming apart , had to use Duck Tape in the end , not good !”
