Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. The Mower arrived the next day but the free peg stick didn't arrive several emails it was added to send me one. After about 8 pegs it jammed 2 pegs in the tube. Had to take it apart parts pinged everywhere got it back together and worked for a few more pegs and stuck again. Now as a disabled person crawling around on the floor putting pegs in by hand and have about 650 sq meters. The lawn mower has not been tried yet. Disappointed !!

I can see from the correspondence you've had with our customer service team that you placed an order for the mower that does not come with the free peg driver, and that we sent one out to you, free of charge. keeps coming apart , had to use Duck Tape in the end , not good !

used once , one empty of grass bag, mower stopped NEVER to work again, sent sales a video , motor switch gone, they think. Requested a credit awaiting reply monday as they dont work weekends....try telling my grass,

Ordered before noon on a Friday, not delivered until Tuesday....not exactly next day is it?

Instructions manual is very poor. Does not help assembling.

Took quite a while for the part to be in stock (2 months +) but they informed me when it was in and delivered it quite quickly

Underwhelmed. Found the product unwieldy to use and gave a less than perfect cut. Also, the power lead is ridiculously short. Very disappointed.

Website seemed slow and did not load at times. Believed it was a 24 hour delivery but it was 48 hour. Order took 7 days to arrive but I believe it may have been affected by industrial action with the postal service.

Thank you for leaving feedback. We always advise customers to clear cache and cookies in their browser if the website isn't loading quickly, this usually resolves the issue. I can see from our system that you placed an order for numerous accessories on a Friday afternoon, after the 12pm cut-off for same day dispatch. As per our delivery policy, orders placed after this time are dispatched the next working day. Accessories are dispatched using a 48hr free of charge delivery service, but should you need further clarification on our delivery policy then you can view it on our website. Kind Regards

The ordering process was straightforward and the delivery time was excellent. Communication was also good. However, what is NOT good is selling equipment that is made in the anti-western and non-democratic REPUBLIC OF CHINA. I would not have purchased the lawn mower if I had been aware of its origins.

Cleva is a Chinese company, and as such, all of our products are made in the Republic of China. Our Product Management, Customer Service and distribution centres are all based in the UK. You would of course be welcome to return your order for a full refund if it has not been used.
Postage to Northern Ireland far too expensive and alternative delivery should be reviewed.

Ordering was easy, delivery was less straightforward with yodel losing the mower! Took a week to get a replacement sorted.

Delay in delivery then the delivery firm didn’t deliver as instructed to my home they left it in a shed a 100 yards from mine, the delivery firm are dealing with my complaint,I suggest you use a different delivery firm,as for the lawnmower it seems fine. John Pringle

Purchasing online was easy. No issues. Delivery however was an issue. I purchased sunday knowing id be home (mon/tue) as it was next day delivery. But it arrived thur after 4 days when im in the office. I filled out yodel app stating safe place to leave but they still left with a neighbour in another street so took me a while to find it. However the issue is Yodel, and its not the only time.

According to the website, the lawnmower would be delivered in 24hrs. However, it was delivered 4 days after purchase. Besides, a blade shown as “in the box” which is different from the 34cm option which misleading me that there is an spare one.

Resent purchase arrived promptly. Its a pity Spare batteries are still not available. As an extra battery would save me time waiting for original, which is now two years old and has never shown four green lights after charge since purchase. A new blade is fine, but if my battery packs up not a lot of good
