About Cleva Europe Ltd:

We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Sorry, but the fact remains that these tubes never arrived, even though the despatch note said they were included in the order. Time will tell if the customer service steps up and re-sends the missing item..

Useless and a waste of space - waited in all day. Never delivered it. DPD said they'd never had the package from Cleva and Cleva said they had despatched it. I organized a 500 mile round trip to my new house to coincide with the promised delivery - utter waste of time and money. I cancelled order because I wouldn't be there to receive it when (if) they finally found the package. And I wasted >£2 on phone call to DPD which Cleva wouldn't refund. All in all it cost me over £70 to not get what I was promised.

I’m unable to give a positive review as I’m still awaiting idelivery despite attempting to email Cleva to report this I’ve had no response although the payment has been debited from my account. I doubt I shall be using Cleva again and definitely will not be recommending them.

Really really disappointing on artificial grass. Completely pointless. Would not recommend at all.

Hi, thanks for leaving a review. Your artificial grass vacuum cleaner comes with a pre-installed attachment to make suction gentle on your lawn. If you're finding this isn't enough, then the attachment can be removed and you'll find suction is significantly increased. I reported by Email the fact I had not received the new vacmaster yet on 4/1/21 & on 6/1/21 my order reference no 7646/S76646 I have not received any follow up Emails from cleva . It is clear DBD have lost it, That's an issue for you to take up with them , Therefore as the consumer who has paid in advance for the goods can you provide replacement via an alternative carrier expeditiously .

I haven't received the item I purchased on 11 Dec 2020. The DPD tracking number I received indicates that DPD hasn't received the item for shipment yet. That's fine -- it's not urgent -- but I haven't had any updates from Cleva about when it WILL ship, which would be helpful.

I received my vacmaster which I specifically purchased for the artifical lawn, I was very disappointed with the general levels of suction especially when the garden attachment was added this was even worse.

As also advised directly the artificial grass vacuum is designed to be used on wet artifical grass this significantly improves cleaning performance, please water the grass with a hose to improve pick up. For stubborn areas where there is moss or heavy dirt the smaller tools can be used to provide more direct suction. The vacuum is not intended to collect leaves up the hose or in the tank, the vacuum does however convert to a blower so that the grass can be cleared of leaves and that they can be blown into a pile for easy disposal. Received my item and it had a broken part in the box. I have tried phoning, emailing, and leaving an online web enquiry thing. No reply and it's been over a week now. Very poor service even in a pandemic imho. Disappointed as the item seems very good on the whole!

I was charged an extra £7 for delivery to the Highlands and Islands, the Royal Mail DOES NOT charge extra for this service so why did you? This is blatant discrimination! Delivery took 5 working days not 1-2 as promised, not happy!!

Thank you for highlighting this issue, it was a genuine mistake on the shipping set up. Express 1-2 day delivery is not available as an option from Parcel Force to the Orkney Islands and has been removed. The delivery is now therefore included in the price and your payment corrected.
Used to believe it a responsible co. "No standard filtration dust bag for 20L vac" Funny guys So where will I buy originals? From someone who buying out this product and selling on ebay for much more?

If you'd like us to contact you with further information as to when they'll be available then we'd be happy to do so. Don't forget that most of our vacuum cleaners can also be used bagless. If you would prefer to use this option, please ensure all necessary filters are used and cleaned regularly to maintain the performance of your vacuum cleaner.
