About Cleva UK & Ireland:

We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Since then, we have grown to a 1200 strong workforce and have manufactured over 40 million appliances. All of which have been designed and manufactured by us, in-house.

I have been trying to communicate with customer services for the last 5 days and despite multiple emails no one has phoned or emailed me to discuss my issues. So buy aware, as good as the product is, once you have purchased you're on your own. Oh, I challenge anyone to try and find a telephone number. Cleva

To confirm again the problems whith our L12 LAWNMASTER ROBATIC mower we have a red flashing light on our mower which indicates the mower has lost its signal dispite switch the mower of as instructed we have the red flashing return when we switch the mower back on please help as soon as possable the mower was purchased from Amazon on the 28Sept 2023 delivery date 29Sept2023 invoice# INV-GB-165335831-2023-110818

On customer after service rubbish,I also bought a 41cm battery lawnmower,prompt delivery but arrived without wing nuts to fasten handles to mower, still waiting for them to arrive 9 days later,terrible also no reply to my and Argos emails.

Ordered on a Monday, was promised 24-48 hours delivery. Package arrived Saturday p.m! Its journey included trips via Salisbury and Southampton before finally arriving in Durham!!

Very slow response from Support, no phone number so can only email. Won't be buying from Cleva again.

The unit is satisfactory, however, I am dissatisfied with the customer service thus far. The initial unit received had a damaged plug. A replacement was sent, but it also had scratches and a dent. I suspect that the replacement unit may have been refurbished. I have sent an email regarding this issue and am awaiting a response.

Have also tried to order replacement battery. Your site said out of stock but the representative said in stock. I have paid 4 this item still not arrived. You need to go back to phone chats .

I wouldn't recommend the machine or the company selling it based on the customer service and poor quality. There's better out there to buy. I would steer clear of them and their products.

I ordered and paid for a Vacmaster Multi 20 vacuum cleaner and all you sent me was a filter!! I wrote to you using your Contact Us and Support facilities, 6 days ago, but haven't had any response. Consequently, I have contacted the Credit Card company to raise a dispute and have my money returned. I only ordered the product on the strength of the Auto Express review without reading any TRUSTPILOT reviews of the company, which are alarmingly bad. I can only assume that nobody within your organisation reads them either.

Not received due to very poor packing by your despatch dept. Still waiting for response after 6 days from your customer service. Having sent 4 emails with photos, 2 forms and left message with accounts twice. I find it quite insulting when ask for feedback following your total failure to provide the purchased items.
