About Cleva Europe Ltd:

We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Ordered this Roboto Mower 8 days ago, not seen it yet! Was given a 2 hour delivery slot from Yodel, but they attempted delivery before the slot given so we missed them because we were out, then they proceeded to lie and tell you that we rejected the delivery and sent it back to you!! So annoying - wish id ordered it off Ebay at the same price and then i would have got it long since. Kind Regards Dan

Unfortunately there were 2 screws missing to the shredder part number 15. I have contacted you on two occasions without any response. So i have to say customer care is really poor.

I can see that you contacted us on 30th March to report the missing screws, one of our aftersales team replied to you the same day asking you to confirm your order number so that we can resolve the issue. We received no response and have had no other contact from you. It's possible our reply went into your junk folder, I'd advise checking there. I was very excited to use the mower for the first time but it has been disappointing as the machine won't start up

Not had a buying experience- I tried to buy, have paid and promised delivery- but nothing , no goods delivered. Still trying to get answers and refund

Thanks for leaving a reply. Due to the ongoing strikes by Royal Mail there have been delays across all courier services as they absorb the excess workload. This was especially the case over the Black Friday period, when you placed your order. We placed notifications across our website to make customers aware of this prior to ordering. I can see from ongoing correspondence that our customer service team have been in contact with you throughout the delivery process, and you should have received delivery updates from the courier. I can also see that your order has been refunded. I'm sorry if the service you received is not found to be satisfactory. Kind Regards

Hi, if your order is delayed please contact our customer service team at sales@cleva-uk.com, they will assist you with this. Invoices are emailed automatically a few days after your order is placed, I'd advise checking your junk folder. If you need an invoice to be re-sent then please let us know and we can email a copy to you.
The Sales Team were very helpful. However, I received the incorrect items twice; and had to chase Cleva up before I finally received the correct items on the 3rd delivery. No delivery note included in any of the packages. How can your Despatch/Warehouse run efficiently if they do not have traceability in what comes into stock, and what goes out? This is perhaps why your customers had to wait several weeks for the Spools and Lines, which were out of stock. Do you have a stock control system?

What lawn mower , I ha ent recieved this yet, I spoke to a girl in your office and reassured me that she would ensure I recieve my lawn mower, she apologised and all the rest....but you know what ,SHE COULD CARE AT ALL. I RECOMMEND YOU SORT YOU SYSTEM OUT.

Thank you for contacting us and leaving feedback on the service you received from us. I'm sorry that your mower did not arrive when you expected it to and for any inconvenience caused by this. I can see from the order details that the order was placed on a Friday afternoon and that it was out for delivery the next day. Delivery was attempted at 17.40 on Saturday 6th August but was unsuccessful as the address was a business premises and there was no one available to receive the order. Delivery was re-attempted on 9th August, again unsuccessfully. I can assure you that our after-sales team made every effort to get your mower to you, using all resources at their disposal. Despite these efforts, on this occasion, we have been unable to locate the whereabouts of your order after two delivery attempts. This is not the outcome we had hoped for, and as such, your order has been refunded to minimise any further inconvenience to you whilst we continue to liaise with the courier.

DPD delivery service left a lot to be desired. Lots of misleading information about delivery. The package was left dumped on the road outside our house outside of the delivery slot, anyone could have stopped their car and picked the package up without even getting out! No notification by the driver, we were in, and only seen by us by sheer chance. Then we were informed that delivery had not taken place as we were 'missing'. Even worse got a text at midnight (!!!) telling me that the package would be delivered the next day. An utterly laughable chat conversation followed the next day that left me baffled. Later DPD explained that the 'systems' were down. Appalling buying experience from DPD.

bought lawnmaster, money was taken from my account and emailed them several times but on the odd reply no one new anythink about it, they were keep asking for invoice number but never received it, i send email for them to call me asp and they did but still could not find order and just as i was to phone bank about transaction they called me back to say they had found bank payment, so after a lot of worry where my money had gone they had it, so lawnmaster was delivery a few days later. no very well organized

Absolute rubbish/cheaply made/very hard to follow instructions/box already opened and instruction book obviously handled and not even in original packaging. Wish I had never bought this ridiculously complicated copy of a well known vac.
