About Cleva Europe Ltd:

We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. I returned the battery by return tracker post and 3weeks later I have not had a refund I don't think that is very good service.

The hedge trimmer is not fit for purpose. Have tried contacting Cleva and sent them the order number and address numerous times, they just don't respond. They then ask to be rated on how well they've done. We'll folks I'd say stay well clear of this company as once they've taken your money you can expect zero help or guarantee from them.

I was delivered a 240v when I ordered a 119v. Nobody answers the phone or email to discuss

Found it impossible to attach the bottom handle to the mower.Contacted Cleva about it , but no response. Only means of contact is via an on-line form

Did not work out the box !!! Asked for a replacement was sent a hedge cutter !!! Then asked for the correct item. Only to be sent a model not even shown on their website. Clearly an older model with less functions. Not what was ordered or paid for

Ordered the wrong model and contacted customer services within 15 minutes of placing the order to cancel. The order was delivered and having difficulty getting any speed of response to return the item. Not having a customer service telephone number to call and having to wait days in between emails is most frustrating.

I emailed you last week to say I did not receive my order in the 27th June as expected. I have not heard back from you. I feel this is disgraceful service. And I would like a full refund.

Invoice#224192 So far the worst ever. A week and I'm still waiting for 1 of the 4 emails I have sent to have a reply back from the company. Starting to think the reviews regarding this company are in-house to promote the company. I still can't buy parts as I don't have the part numbers or where to buy them. The company and the website do not seem to have the spares on their site. As well as them claiming to be able to buy spares easily. So far they seem to ignore customers after the product has been purchased, They have lied in their advertisement that parts are easily available. As for customer services well a week with no reply to any of my emails says all it needs to. Looks like i have wasted over £200 with no support spares or help whatsoever. Stay clear from this company as there is no help or anything else from them after taking your money. I DO NOT AND CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

The mower doesn't hover! Instead of being really easy to push or pull, it is hard work as the mower is resting on the lawn.

Customer service is appalling! The only way to contact Cleva is by filling out an online form and it states that you should hear back within 48hrs but after several attempts to contact them I still have received no reply regarding return of item!

The vacuum hose was advertised as 35mm, but the actual size is 30mm as this was to extend a workshop hose I required a 35mm internal hose. I messaged the customer service department and requested a callback, no callback came just a message saying the advert was correct. I am very dissapointed with the item and the so-called customer service.
