We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Since then, we have grown to a 1200 strong workforce and have manufactured over 40 million appliances. All of which have been designed and manufactured by us, in-house.

“It’s not fit for purpose. I bought based on positive YouTube review by EasyLawnMowing. My mower only just managed to cut one of my small lawns (less than 40sq m) before the battery needed recharging. Have complained to Cleva 5 days ago and followed up asking for an update, yet I still have no response which I find very unprofessional and is not the customer service I would expect.”

“This just about functions. It can't find the lawn unless it lives on top of it. It has never once made it back onto the charging station even when the charging station was on the lawn. It finds more or less any reason possible to get stuck, jammed, fall off the lawn or tear up the mud. But if you place it down on the grass, watch over it and are prepared to carry it back to the charging station then it technically does it's job. I would have returned it after the first day or so but the company won't take returns if the box has been opened. Of course it isn't possible to know that it's a subpar product without opening the box. So I guess they got me there. The delivery option provided by Cleva stated 24 hours. It took 3 days. That's fine. I didn't need it in 24 hours but why even say it if you aren't going to deliver it.”
