About Cleva UK & Ireland:

We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Since then, we have grown to a 1200 strong workforce and have manufactured over 40 million appliances. All of which have been designed and manufactured by us, in-house.

Ordered the wrong model and contacted customer services within 15 minutes of placing the order to cancel. The order was delivered and having difficulty getting any speed of response to return the item. Not having a customer service telephone number to call and having to wait days in between emails is most frustrating.

I emailed you last week to say I did not receive my order in the 27th June as expected. I have not heard back from you. I feel this is disgraceful service. And I would like a full refund.

Invoice#224192 So far the worst ever. A week and I'm still waiting for 1 of the 4 emails I have sent to have a reply back from the company. Starting to think the reviews regarding this company are in-house to promote the company. I still can't buy parts as I don't have the part numbers or where to buy them. The company and the website do not seem to have the spares on their site. As well as them claiming to be able to buy spares easily. So far they seem to ignore customers after the product has been purchased, They have lied in their advertisement that parts are easily available. As for customer services well a week with no reply to any of my emails says all it needs to. Looks like i have wasted over £200 with no support spares or help whatsoever. Stay clear from this company as there is no help or anything else from them after taking your money. I DO NOT AND CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

The mower doesn't hover! Instead of being really easy to push or pull, it is hard work as the mower is resting on the lawn.

Customer service is appalling! The only way to contact Cleva is by filling out an online form and it states that you should hear back within 48hrs but after several attempts to contact them I still have received no reply regarding return of item!

The vacuum hose was advertised as 35mm, but the actual size is 30mm as this was to extend a workshop hose I required a 35mm internal hose. I messaged the customer service department and requested a callback, no callback came just a message saying the advert was correct. I am very dissapointed with the item and the so-called customer service.

Ordered this Roboto Mower 8 days ago, not seen it yet! Was given a 2 hour delivery slot from Yodel, but they attempted delivery before the slot given so we missed them because we were out, then they proceeded to lie and tell you that we rejected the delivery and sent it back to you!! So annoying - wish id ordered it off Ebay at the same price and then i would have got it long since. Kind Regards Dan

Unfortunately there were 2 screws missing to the shredder part number 15. I have contacted you on two occasions without any response. So i have to say customer care is really poor.

I was very excited to use the mower for the first time but it has been disappointing as the machine won't start up

Thanks for leaving a reply. Due to the ongoing strikes by Royal Mail there have been delays across all courier services as they absorb the excess workload. This was especially the case over the Black Friday period, when you placed your order. We placed notifications across our website to make customers aware of this prior to ordering. I can see from ongoing correspondence that our customer service team have been in contact with you throughout the delivery process, and you should have received delivery updates from the courier.
