Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. “The vacuum hose was advertised as 35mm, but the actual size is 30mm as this was to extend a workshop hose I required a 35mm internal hose. I messaged the customer service department and requested a callback, no callback came just a message saying the advert was correct. I am very dissapointed with the item and the so-called customer service.”
