We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Since then, we have grown to a 1200 strong workforce and have manufactured over 40 million appliances. All of which have been designed and manufactured by us, in-house.

“The remote control is not working. I reported on delivery, two weeks ago and still waiting for a response Update. They finally responded after almost 3 weeks, sent replacement remote, and it works.. Simple remedy, but why frustrate customers with such a delay??????”

“Zero response from Cleva - my two year warranty meant nothing as I never even got a mail reply other than an automated message saying it was taking longer than ususal to respond - well six months and still waiting. They owe me a replacement machine as mine broke down after 8 months. I'm not holding my breath. Terrible experience. The timeframes below are untickable as there isn't a 'never bothered to respond' box.”
