About Cleva UK & Ireland:

We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. The Sales Team were very helpful. However, I received the incorrect items twice; and had to chase Cleva up before I finally received the correct items on the 3rd delivery. No delivery note included in any of the packages. How can your Despatch/Warehouse run efficiently if they do not have traceability in what comes into stock, and what goes out? This is perhaps why your customers had to wait several weeks for the Spools and Lines, which were out of stock. Do you have a stock control system?

I have yet to receive my order. Your support sent me an email stating the correct parts would be sent the next day which was last week. Not happy!

What lawn mower , I ha ent recieved this yet, I spoke to a girl in your office and reassured me that she would ensure I recieve my lawn mower, she apologised and all the rest....but you know what ,SHE COULD CARE AT ALL. I RECOMMEND YOU SORT YOU SYSTEM OUT.

Thank you for contacting us and leaving feedback on the service you received from us. I'm sorry that your mower did not arrive when you expected it to and for any inconvenience caused by this. I can see from the order details that the order was placed on a Friday afternoon and that it was out for delivery the next day. Delivery was attempted at 17.40 on Saturday 6th August but was unsuccessful as the address was a business premises and there was no one available to receive the order. Delivery was re-attempted on 9th August, again unsuccessfully. I can assure you that our after-sales team made every effort to get your mower to you, using all resources at their disposal. Despite these efforts, on this occasion, we have been unable to locate the whereabouts of your order after two delivery attempts. This is not the outcome we had hoped for, and as such, your order has been refunded to minimise any further inconvenience to you whilst we continue to liaise with the courier.

DPD delivery service left a lot to be desired. Lots of misleading information about delivery. The package was left dumped on the road outside our house outside of the delivery slot, anyone could have stopped their car and picked the package up without even getting out! No notification by the driver, we were in, and only seen by us by sheer chance. Then we were informed that delivery had not taken place as we were 'missing'. Even worse got a text at midnight (!!!) telling me that the package would be delivered the next day. An utterly laughable chat conversation followed the next day that left me baffled. Later DPD explained that the 'systems' were down. Appalling buying experience from DPD.

bought lawnmaster, money was taken from my account and emailed them several times but on the odd reply no one new anythink about it, they were keep asking for invoice number but never received it, i send email for them to call me asp and they did but still could not find order and just as i was to phone bank about transaction they called me back to say they had found bank payment, so after a lot of worry where my money had gone they had it, so lawnmaster was delivery a few days later. no very well organized

Absolute rubbish/cheaply made/very hard to follow instructions/box already opened and instruction book obviously handled and not even in original packaging. Wish I had never bought this ridiculously complicated copy of a well known vac.

The product I ordered was not delivered but a cheaper model that did not have the functionality I needed. The refund for the difference in price has still not been received.

Hi, Thank you leaving a review after extensive communication regarding your order we mutually agreed a partial refund for the product you received, the partial refund was processed on the 22/07/2021 we have emailed directly with the details.
Sorry, but the fact remains that these tubes never arrived, even though the despatch note said they were included in the order. Time will tell if the customer service steps up and re-sends the missing item..

Useless and a waste of space - waited in all day. Never delivered it. DPD said they'd never had the package from Cleva and Cleva said they had despatched it. I organized a 500 mile round trip to my new house to coincide with the promised delivery - utter waste of time and money. I cancelled order because I wouldn't be there to receive it when (if) they finally found the package. And I wasted >£2 on phone call to DPD which Cleva wouldn't refund. All in all it cost me over £70 to not get what I was promised.

I’m unable to give a positive review as I’m still awaiting idelivery despite attempting to email Cleva to report this I’ve had no response although the payment has been debited from my account. I doubt I shall be using Cleva again and definitely will not be recommending them.

Really really disappointing on artificial grass. Completely pointless. Would not recommend at all.

Hi, thanks for leaving a review. Your artificial grass vacuum cleaner comes with a pre-installed attachment to make suction gentle on your lawn. If you're finding this isn't enough, then the attachment can be removed and you'll find suction is significantly increased.
