I ordered and paid for a Vacmaster Multi 20 vacuum cleaner and all you sent me was a filter!!
I wrote to you using your Contact Us and Support facilities, 6 days ago, but haven't had any response.
Consequently, I have contacted the Credit Card company to raise a dispute and have my money returned.
I only ordered the product on the strength of the Auto Express review without reading any TRUSTPILOT reviews of the company, which are alarmingly bad. I can only assume that nobody within your organisation reads them either.
