“A big thanks to Louise Brooks who was very helpful on a renewal case (her service was 5 star). Only gave 4* as you need to improve response times, 20-25 mins to get through is not acceptable.”

“Apart from being to expensive the staff l spoke JOANNE & Sherry in Particular was always helpful and explained Things quite clearly always returned emails and calls and the best thing was not having to wait on those automated systems well done girls👍”

“I have had PCO insurance with them for 2yrs. Excellent service from Joanne Slater, she was extremely helpful. However, I had to switch to a different company this year due to their price hike. One would imagine your insurance will be lower over the period of two years but their prices kept going up.”

“Paul is a top guy, always quick to respond to email or phone messages. I like being able to deal with him directly this is key reason for staying with Clegg Gifford. A admin charge has been introduced this year which I don’t believe was present before this is my reason for 4 stars as opposed to 5.”

“The initial renewal process for Limobike could have been handled a lot more efficiently (please could you use email like everyone else?! Postal service is not always reliable and with email we all have a record of what has been received and what has been missed) but after the initial problem particular thanks to Daniel Pelgrom for sorting out what seemed an insurmountable problem - he was particularly friendly, courteous and efficient. And Ian Jolly who helped with the certificates was good to deal with. Special mention to the boss - Stephen Endean - for taking my email and setting the solution in process. Thanks, Ceri Mort (MD)”
