Had to wait 18 minutes to get to an operator, listening to awful Techno type music. I was in a queue of just 3. My simple enquiry was to have some renewal documentation resent. I was online for less than a minute. The good news was that John Coleman sent the detail within a minute of ending the phone call. I hope that when I pay my premium in a few days I won't have to wait so long again.
