“Well designed and functioning site. Unfortunately, due to a poor internet connection and uncertainty about figures I had to make three attempts to buy insurance. Problem is that the website will not allow me to use the same email address again but insists I log in, which I would IF I had a password. Obviously a bug in the system as I only got a password the last time after I bought insurance. Lucky I had three different email addresses but I wonder how many customers have been lost by this silly mistake?”

“Couldn't possibly give an honest review as have never actually made a claim that is when I could tell weather or not you are good or bad, I can say your price is very competitive as that is why I took a policy with you. At the end of the day , We I The customer is basically looking for the very cheapest price that is it that is the decider weather or not I buy . Mr m Phillips braintree”

“Very easy to obtain pli online. Only problem is certificate when emailed does not show up on iPhone or tablet.. Not very helpful as I needed to email certificate”

“As an entertainer my public liability insurance needed to cover specific activities and they were happy to discuss and adjust my policy to include my needs which was very good! It was easy to complete and find my document online. The only bad point I have come across is that when printing my document, in both colour and black and white, the background colour and text colour do not work as well together on paper as they do on screen.”
