I had a very helpful employee assist me to reduce the cover I required on a short term basis. Thank you Bethany Dick. I have had really good service every time I’ve phoned. Rebecca was very helpful too.

I needed to sort out my Cab Insurance via telephone and spoke to an absolutely courteous, friendly, polite and helpful young lady that was Kathleen Sheehan, this delightful member of your team made me feel like a valued customer, she detailed everything of importance and put me at ease - her telephone manner was excellent and I could not praise this lady highly enough - I would not hesitate to recommend Clegg Clifford

Truly appalling service from the barely literate. Unable to answer anything other than the most basic of questions. Replies almost always require further questions because they failed to understand the first one.

They were quick enough to take my money, then decided they wanted my inside leg measurements, cancelled my policy before informing me. Now a fight to get my money back, USELESS STEER CLEAR.

I’ve been a loyal customer to you guys for over 4 years .unfortunately on the 4th on December 2019 I was involved in a very serious road traffic accident which resulted in me be hospitalised and operated on my broken neck . In the mean time my case was taken by a lady named HAZEL WHITTLE who I can say she was a waste of time and a compulsive liar . I did every I was snakes to do so I can my case resolved ,I was investigated by a company called R G I which I complied with their investigator named RUSSELL who by the way was a gentleman. To my surprise miss WHITTLE left the company without informing me nor sort out my problem which was by now causing me a lot of stress and anxiety . The accident was in December, we are now in March and nothing was done until MR Paul ALTER took over my case dropped an email within one day of me complaining, that was sunday1/3/2020 by Tuesday I received my funds . I am ever so grateful to this gentleman for stepping up to the task and sorting out my claim , I can’t begin to tell you how reliable this gentleman is

Dealt with Rob Howard several times, he is always upbeat, positive and efficient. Always does his best to please. Unfortunately cant say the same for others, they sound like they don't want to be there!
