“I would like to thank Tracy and Pamela for the excellent service I received, they managed to get me a cheaper quote, and even talked me on the phone how to copy the paperwork on my printer, I managed to do it with their help, thank you girls.”

“I needed to reduce my costs as I'm semi-retired and don't sell the volume of cars I used to buy and sell. Your "existing business" representative John Coleman was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable and had a lot of patience with me. He helped me understand which cover was best for me and it achieved what I had set out to do. I was happy to continue the relationship I've had with yourselves over these last 14 years. Thank you so much.”

“I’ve been dealing with Rebecca Ross for about 2 years now, at the start she sorted out numerous issues I had and since everything has run perfect, any time I need something sorted or changed she’s on it, a pleasure and easy to deal with, nice soft gentle voice to haha”

“Danielle at this company is an amazing very helpful person and what I resolved with her today with my insurance problems was unreal what we done for my company in half hour other couldn’t do in 5 year very happy indeed and glad I spoke to her she is a brilliant polite person very professional and resolved my issues straight away I’m over the Moon as also saved me a lot of money Thank you very much indeed Darron Hayward director of get it gone waste disposal and recycling”

“Good Customer service, mistakes happen it is how you deal with and correct them that matters. Had a query regarding the statement of facts and the MID vehicle not showing up, Claire got back to me regarding the statement of facts and corrected the issue. I have also been advised by Lauren that she has updated the information sent to MID so will wait to check hat updates overnight/tomorrow morning.”
