“The recipient loved it. Very nicely presented, a surprise treat for them but I think it was delivered on the wrong day - a day earlier than requested.”

“The ordering process was easy and the recipient appreciated the gift I find it hard to answer these surveys because mostly the item is sent to a different address and you do not always get a thank you”

“I sent the Libra hamper to my daughter for her birthday. She was delighted with the contents but upset that the box was left on her doorstep without the carrier ringing the bell - it was delivered at 8.08am, so everyone was home. The front of her house is very open to the road, so everyone passing by could see it there and it could easily have been stolen. Your carriers could do better than that, Hampers.com. .”

“The hamper was appreciated by the recipient and I received notice when it was delivered. The glitch was that I requested delivery on Saturday and paid for that, but was not told it wouldn't be possible to deliver before Sunday. I wasn't aware that a separate delivery company would be involved. I received a request for instructions on where to leave the hamper in case there was no one at home after my 4-hour flight. By then it was rather late in the UK and the delivery company advised me the hamper would be delivered on Sunday. The hamper was a gift for someone at a home that I'd never seen, so it was difficult to give safe instructions when I knew so little about the neighbors or the entry setup.”

Our delivery information is all on our website, have a look here for future reference: https://www.hampers.com/delivery If nobody is home and the delivery driver does not deem it safe to leave the parcel, he will take it away and try on the next day. “This is the 2nd time I’ve used your company. I live in Australia. With the cost of postage being so crazy it makes sense to organise a hamper as a birthday surprise. This last time was especially impressive. I changed the delivery date quite last moment. It wasn’t a problem and my mums hamper was delivered exactly when wanted it to be.”
