We take customer satisfaction seriously and will use your feedback to help improve our products. We aspire to work with the finest artisan food and drink suppliers so that we can ensure every gift hamper is to the highest possible standard. We take great pride in ensuring our hampers have great quality products in comparison to quantity. The prices of our hampers not only reflect the contents inside but also includes the presentation, and the packaging itself, along with our branded hamper boxes or wicker baskets. This also includes the care that goes into the packing process which saves our customers the time of having to prepare a hamper themselves. It also includes the overall creation of our hampers, locating wonderful UK suppliers’ products which are high-quality products, including unique products that are not always readily available to the public. I can see the delivery was rescheduled and is out for delivery today. Our priority is providing the customer with exceptional service at all times and I’m sorry on this occasion this was not fulfilled. I chose a little Christmas hamper for my daughter and partner as they are celebrating their first Christmas in their new flat. The whole process from choosing, ordering and paying was easy. The company kept me updated as the day if delivery became nearer. All I can say is thanks, they love the extra goodies. 👍😀👍😀

Always quality produce and a good selection. I chose the Little Taste of Christmas hampers for 2 elderly relatives. It would be good to have an option to swap things like the chilli nuts, as a lot of elderly people wouldn’t necessarily enjoy these. Delivery company was Evri, which can be a bit ‘hit and miss’, but they both were safely delivered. The last one was a day late, but delivery company did inform me. Nice to use a local company for gifts.

I had trouble ordering it from Australia without a UK phone number. I tried several times and in the end I thought I ordered fruit basket but ended up with 2 bottles of red wine.

3rd or 4th year I’ve bought hampers from hampers.com. Overall happy with my purchases, my son and daughter in law love receiving them. However, they are expensive containing only a handful of products . A treat but maybe not for next year. No incentive for returning customers .
