We take great pride in ensuring our hampers have great quality products in comparison to quantity. The prices of our hampers not only reflect the contents inside, but it also includes the presentation, the packaging itself, along with our branded hamper boxes or wicker baskets. This also includes the care that goes into the packing process which saves our customers the time of having to prepare a hamper themselves. It also includes the overall creation of our hampers, locating wonderful UK suppliers’ products which are high quality products, including unique products that are not always ready available to the public. “Good service, but would have liked some options as far as delivery time . Also, the hamper was delivered in a brown cardboard box rather than packaged as a gift hamper.”

In regards to the delivery times, these are set by the couriers as it depends on the drivers route the day of delivery and are always sent to you on the day of delivery. The brown cardboard box the hampers are sent in, are for transit purposes only, to help keep the contents inside safe. Feel free to recycle this after delivery :) Kind regards Hannah Customer care

“Generally a positive experience but feel the intended recipient should be contacted prior to delivery to insure someone is present to pick up the gift in person. Leaving it on the porch doesn't seem to me to be a very safe option.”
