“I was hugely impressed by your delivery to my mum in Lake District on Sunday Christmas Eve - especially as I only ordered on Saturday when I realised my original gift from Tasmania was not tracking at all well in the post! She was thrilled with the hamper….even if she wasn’t sure who it was from!! (Perhaps in my panic I didn’t submit my personalised message correctly?)Anyhow, I suspect the mystery added to her experience! When you live on the other side of the world to your family, a reliable service like this means a lot. Thankyou”
