“I am residing in Australia and wanted to send a hamper to my friend in Portsmouth, UK. I have some issue with my order and contacted the customer service of hamper.com. “The hamper was very easy to chose, the price was reasonable. The choices was very good and catered to all taste. I was able to buy it from a different country and I got notification from every step from buying, packing put out for delivery and finally the final notice to let me know it’s delivered. Definitely recommend”

Dear M Wasilewski, I am Nicole, the Customer Care Manager at Hampers.com. As a company, we always strive to provide our valued customers with the best possible experience. I apologise for the inconvenience caused and can assure you your delivery date was not changed. Our business doesn't operate on Sundays, which means any orders with a Monday delivery date are collected by the couriers on Saturday. Although we do specify Monday delivery, the drivers may attempt to deliver the package on Sunday if they happen to be in the same area. While their intentions are good and they are trying to be efficient, I understand it can be frustrating for your thoughtful gift to be delivered earlier than expected and for this, I apologise.
