“Got charged the same delivery fee twice when identical hampers were going to the same address at the same time - would have expected a discounted fee as opposed to the same cost as sending to two different addresses. Also I picked a specific date knowing recipients would be in, but delivery was attempted in advance, concerning me that there was an issue/delivery driver got the wrong date. Not the best experience”

As a company, our goal is to provide exceptional experiences to our customers, and we are sorry that we have fallen short this time. Regarding being charged twice for two hampers delivered to the same address. Please note that we are charged per hamper by our carriers, not per order. However, we always try to keep our delivery costs as low as possible and do not include a mark-up on top of our carrier costs we also offer a standard free delivery option for orders over £50.00. Regarding the delay in delivery, I deeply apologise for the internal error that caused the delay. It was not acceptable, and we have fixed the issue to prevent it from happening again in the future. “Having placed my order on the evening of New Year's Day, I had hoped the hamper could be delivered to the recipient on the 3rd January for a special birthday. However, I continued with placing the order even though it was clear it would not be delivered until the 4th. I then contacted hampers.com by email and explained - and although the paperwork I received suggested it would not be delivered until the 4th, the hamper was duly delivered before 10.30 am on the 3rd January! The recipient was duly thrilled, surprised and amazed - and so was I. Thank you so much for going the extra mile and making the sender and the recipient extremely happy. A first class and very personal service. Thank you!”
