Got charged the same delivery fee twice when identical hampers were going to the same address at the same time - would have expected a discounted fee as opposed to the same cost as sending to two different addresses. Also I picked a specific date knowing recipients would be in, but delivery was attempted in advance, concerning me that there was an issue/delivery driver got the wrong date.
