“Paid (no small amount) for a specific delivery date, but it wasn't met. Not much more to be said. The point of this service is accurate delivery, as hampers are sent usually for events or birthdays. It's integral to the service.”

“Everything went well and very pleased. Just to say that your system got me to enter my email address but not that of the recipient. Be useful for you to liaise with the recipient about arrival times etc. Evri were good too but they were liaising with me as if I was the recipient. Other than that everything was good and I am sure I shall use you again.”
