“Despite an initial hiccup with the order the issue was resolved at great pace by hampers.com and I cannot fault the attention given to rectifying the slight error. The delivery was fast and on tome and I was kept informed at all stages of the process. Contents of hamper could not be better. Will be sure to use this service again in the future. “I was very impressed by the speed with which the order was processed. As it was an international order from South Africa to my grandson in UK it was important that it reached him quickly . His address was tricky but identified on your excellent system . Communication from you was constant , keeping me aware of the progress of the order. Especially as a previous order ( not you) did not work - it was a relief to find such an efficient service.”
