Above and beyond service, first Hamper totally wrecked by Evri, Hampers replaced it and it was safely delivered by DPD.

So, i ordered a hamper for family (from Australia to UK) and the wrong item was sent post Christmas. However, I can say once I let the team at Hampers know of the issue they refunded me and sent out another (correct) hamper within 2 days. My sister-in-law was thrilled with the received hamper. Great customer service 👏

Having decided on a hamper, I was able to select a day for delivery when I knew the recipient would be at home to receive it. Everything went very smoothly and I was kept up to date with the delivery times. Very impressed!

My recipient was celebrating her 90th birthday and was absolutely delighted with her hamper. I liked the generous portions of the products it contained as, is so often with other hampers, the jam is usually in a small pot and tea is just a couple of teabags. I will be using your service again.

Bought for son and daughter in law they where very happy with the items in the hamper and espech loved the chocolate and cheese and chive popcorn : ) bit of a hickup with the delivery as the driver did not knock on door and left it at front door and they live in a block of flats so could of been a bit pricey misshap : (

Great items but the hamper, doesn’t actually come in a hamper. It comes in a drawstring bag! I had to buy a wicker hamper separately to put everything in so it could be presented nicely as a hamper. Name of the website is a bit deceiving!
