“I called my sister in England to check if the hamper arrived in good shape and if the contents were of good variety and quality, she responded with a photo of the contents and said her husband’s exact comment was “ It’s lush!” I have had many disappointments with other companies so I will definitely be using only this one going forward.”

“Recieved two hampers on time. The cheaper chocolate one was excellent, products as expected. The expensive Luxury Alcohol Free hamper had four different items. Elderflower Presse > Ginger mixer. Oyster, Chilli & Lemon Yorkshire Crisp Tin > Bag of Sea Salt you can buy in any supermarket. Hazelnut & Orange Chocolate > Plain Dark Chocolate. Nice looking Mini Breadbites > cheap looking different bread bites. All of the alternatives looked cheaper and were unwelcome. Wife was unhappy with her birthday present. Won't be using hampers.com again.”

“I had submitted the below review a few days ago with a rating of 1/5. However, I am now updating this to 5/5 and fully endorsing the company. By contacting me swiftly and demonstrating a very genuine desire to understand what had happened and ensuring that it did not happen again, I am convinced that hampers.com is completely committed to full customer satisfaction and that what happened to me was an unfortunate accident. Such busness conduct should be celebrated and shared with others—it is becoming a rare trait these days! -------- "Box was delivered by Evri. Externally everything looked fine and not damaged in any way. However, when the box was opened the box of biscuits had been somewhat flattened. Made me embarrassed to pass on. A hamper that cost this amount of money should be *much* better packed :-(."”

“Such a user friendly website, I was 2 days trying to order something from very well known other company for my niece's engagement and it was a nightmare, I have up in the end and just happened to find this company online, from the moment they receive the order the communication is fantastic and really put my mind at ease, especially when you are spending so much money , I would highly recommend this website to send that special gift !!”
