I was very impressed by the speed with which the order was processed. As it was an international order from South Africa to my grandson in UK it was important that it reached him quickly . His address was tricky but identified on your excellent system . Communication from you was constant , keeping me aware of the progress of the order. Especially as a previous order ( not you) did not work - it was a relief to find such an efficient service.

I am super impressed with the communication and updates provided when an order is placed. This is my second delivery and it made the recipient sooo happy. The quality of contents were very good. Customer service is fabulous. I accidentally selected the wrong delivery date and asked, by email, if it could be bought forward. Hampers went above and beyond to then get my order delivered ASAP. I highly recommend.

We ordered a hamper but it was not delivered on time, it may have been the couriers fault but not recieving any updates or tracking information led to a lot of stress. It was finally delivered but trying to contact Hampers.Com was not easy.

The dates were complicated and the address was not central, but it took longer than I expected. But well, they liked it, which is what matters in the end. I will order again!

Arrived Christmas Eve. Staff really helpful to make arrangements for it to arrive before Christmas. The look on my dad’s face when it arrived and his face opening it was the best gift I could receive. Quality hamper and quality products.
