“I have used hampers for several years and never had a problem until now. I ordered two hampers to be sent to two addresses. There has never been a problem before. When I contacted them about them going to the same address we had a few emails back and forth. In the end I ended up paying for four hampers instead of two. My sister got three hampers and my brother got one. How fair is that. All I wanted was my sister to have one hamper and my brother to have one hamper and for me to pay for two hampers. That would be fair but apparently someone at hampers has a lousy sense of humor and not fair. You should be ashamed of yourself and refund me for two of the hampers... I only authorized payment for one lot not two...”

“The only problem was the box was very wet. Had to open it so the contents didn't get damaged. Apart from that it was a great hamper and the courier Elliot was really helpful.”

“I as delivered a hamper that had unfortunately been damaged in transit, causing chutney to spill over the contents. I spoke to Jacob at the customer service team, and he couldn't have been more understanding or helpful, replying to emails promptly and arranging a delivery of an upgraded hamper as a goodwill gesture. Totally unexpected and fantastic customer service, what a brilliant business!”
