This was intended to be a gift for an elderly relative and was ordered to ensure pre Christmas delivery. Received a message in January from the courier that they were planning to deliver which obviously was significantly late. Hampers handled this matter poorly and clearly I will not order anything from them again and have unsubscribed from their mail circulars.

I order lots of hampers from this company for my job but fed up ordered a hamper last week bombarded with emails nonstop from them and their delivery company evri and phone calls. Asking for non-stop feedback. 1 email should be sufficient that covers delivery and the Hamper. Fed up never have I used a company that has bombarded me with so many spam emails afterwards. I never signed up to be bombarded with non-stop emails and promotions. At no point did I accept that Evri could have my contact details and constantly bombard me with their own marketing and feedback requests. I had no idea what delivery service they were going to use, let alone agree to them having my details to send me constant non stop emails on top of Hampers.com very angry customer

The delivery was not made for a special occasion and I therefore cancelled and awaiting reimbursement of my monies.

Made an order for my parents anniversary. It didnt arrive!!!! They blamed the courier. Got a ‘sorry, not our fault’ That doesnt help. The occasion is passed now and my parents got nothing. Definetly wont be ordering here again!!!

Not very reliable service, my birthday gift hamper got to the receiver a day after her birthday and that was really bad, no calls to apologise or even refund for the extra charge I was made to pay to deliver on my preferred day. Not a great first time experience.

Placed the order for a hamper to be delivered as a Christmas present for a elderly friend up north, goods were sent out and apparently signed for in the recipients name even though the recipient wasn’t home until 3hrs after the alleged 1600 delivery and they even managed to get a blurry photo. Since then I have contacted them and apparently they have proof of delivery but no hamper was received… Not really the hamper companies fault but the lazy delivery driver leaving a hamper on a door step and forging a signature basically means we now have no chance of getting what we paid for.

I have just had a refund from PayPal, 6 weeks after I placed an order for a Christmas present, due to be delivered on 19 December. As far as I can see, this is the first notification that I have had from any source that the hamper did not arrive. There is something wrong with the system somewhere. Disappointing. I will not be using this service again.

I have used this company for a number of years however I had a nightmare with my festive orders. It was ineptitude at the highest level. I lodged a complaint but this still remains unanswered. I’m afraid I’ll not be using this company in future.

Don't waste your time, there is a good chance you won't get your hamper at all and you will spend ages chasing it (customer service is shocking-poor communication, takes ages for them to get back to you). We are a corporate account, started placing corporate orders in December. I ordered a birthday basket for January 5th, it is 24th Jan today and... still no basket. I have wasted so much time chasing it, every time I am asked to confirm the address for the deliver and nothing happens... I had a call from the customer service advisor and they didn't even seem to have read the notes...they didn't even know my name or the name of the company, they seemed so confused as to what the problem was... I would not recommend this company to anyone. As much as I appreciate mistakes happen, deliveries bounce back, etc., there is always a way to resolve, but here there simply is no communication, no urgency, they simply ignore you. Don't bother if you don't want to spend 3 weeks chasing a delivery that was meant to be a birthday gift!

Festive Afternoon Tea DID NOT ARRIVE. Initially due between the 8th and 15th of December, my Hamper arrived on the 12th of January. The packaging were perfectly adequate but I would not describe this as a hamper more a box with some posh straw type padding. The festive afternoon tea was never delivered and instead the Sweet And Savoury Delights with Procecco was received. Personally WOULD NOT RECOMMEND over-priced average produce. (I acknowledge very good customer Service though).
