“Order Number 2000681729 was Confirmed on 18/11/2022. This hamper was ordered in Australia for delivery in Scotland pre Christmas.... We are still waiting for it to arrive... Delivery was scheduled to for aproximately 15/12/2022. We are still waiting.....”

“Festive Afternoon Tea DID NOT ARRIVE. Initially due between the 8th and 15th of December, my Hamper arrived on the 12th of January. The packaging were perfectly adequate but I would not describe this as a hamper more a box with some posh straw type padding. The festive afternoon tea was never delivered and instead the Sweet And Savoury Delights with Procecco was received. Personally WOULD NOT RECOMMEND over-priced average produce. (I acknowledge very good customer Service though).”

“I ordered my hamper at the beginning of Dec 22. Scheduled to be delivered after 15 Dec. I never received it. This was using the Evri courier and never collected by Evri from the hampers depot. Hampers did rectify it and replace it and was delivered by DPD in Jan 23. However the customer service I received was below expectations to say the least using the useless chat systems and customer service. How this debacle was not made more clear to customers is very surprising and I have since found out that I am not the only customer experiencing problems by not receiving their Christmas hamper before Christmas.”

“I placed my order with the Hampers on 03/12/2022 through my company gift but I didn't receive it before Christmas 2022. I phoned to inquire and the Hampers staff promised to replace the same one that will get it on 29/12/2022. Unfortunately, it happened again. Finally, I received my hamper on 04/01/2023, but Christmas and New Year were over. Sadly, I got no joy. I would recommend considering carefully before you make any order to the Hampers company. I have already reported this incident to my company.”

“I would give it zero stars if possible. I would NEVER, EVER use this company again! I ordered a gift on 12/10, which was never delivered. After having to purchase a gift elsewhere just prior to christmas, I canceled the order after the holidays. I must have called this company 7-8 times about this order, with absolutely no help from their "customer service" providers. Their customer service is atrocious. I cannot say enough bad things about this company.”

“This was intended to be a gift for an elderly relative and was ordered to ensure pre Christmas delivery. Received a message in January from the courier that they were planning to deliver which obviously was significantly late. Hampers handled this matter poorly and clearly I will not order anything from them again and have unsubscribed from their mail circulars.”

“I order lots of hampers from this company for my job but fed up ordered a hamper last week bombarded with emails nonstop from them and their delivery company evri and phone calls. Asking for non-stop feedback. 1 email should be sufficient that covers delivery and the Hamper. Fed up never have I used a company that has bombarded me with so many spam emails afterwards. I never signed up to be bombarded with non-stop emails and promotions. At no point did I accept that Evri could have my contact details and constantly bombard me with their own marketing and feedback requests. I had no idea what delivery service they were going to use, let alone agree to them having my details to send me constant non stop emails on top of Hampers.com very angry customer”
