The hamper for my cousins was delivered the day after I ordered it and they were delighted with the contents. Lots of updates on progress and the delivery journey. Can't ask better than that!

Hamper very nice and delivered on time. Incorrect message included with hamper though - obviously a mix-up - so this tainted the experience. However I have used hampers.com many times and this is the first problem encountered.

We have a postal strike in Canada and our daughter lives in London so I was trying to figure out how to send her a gift for Christmas. I googled ‘hampers’ and a few companies popped up. Your photos really stood out. I ordered her a Night Before Christmas basket. She knew it was coming her way, so it was not a surprise. She sent me the following messages when she opened it. I'm in heaven Thank you sooooo much This is so much nicer than what I was anticipating You chose well

I want to thank Hampers.com for ensuring that my brother who lives in a care home received his birthday hamper, after D H L informed me that no one had been present to accept delivery on the day of his birthday. They said someone would have to pick it up. When I informed Hampers.com that it was a care home and my brother certainly wouldn’t be able to pick it up. They rectified the situation and I have just received an email confirming delivery. So a big thank you to this company.
