“The ordering process was very easy, I found the hamper I wanted with ease and got it for a good price. I was surprised that ordering so close to Christmas that they had delivery slots open the following week when other hamper companies didn’t. I was pleased with the regular updates that I received post ordering (packing, shipping, out for delivery and delivered). And the recipient was over the moon with their hamper. I cant find any fault with hampers.com.”

“I deliberately chose Monday 16th Dec for delivery as my Granddaughter would be at home that day. Delivery was made on Sunday when she was out and DHL never even left a note to say what they had done with it!! No doubt the fault lies with DHL rather than you. However it does spoil the surprise when I have to pass on the DHL email to her and she has to go and hunt it down.”

“Brought two as Xmas gifts for friends, good selection especially as one needed to be non alcoholic. Easy purchasing process and delivery was prompt. Have used hampers.com previously so happy to use again as a positive experience last time.”

“The hamper itself was wonderful, as well as the choice available. There was some confusion with the delivery however - I received a message initially saying they couldn't deliver, even though the recipients were home. But then it was delivered a few hours later, so all well”
