“It was a very pleasant experience . You had a problem with delivering my order as it was cheese and you were let down by the company so I got an email and Steven a very present and helpful gentleman sorted it all out for me. I also used you last year and my cousin was very happy with the hamper. Keep up the good work.”

“I placed several orders with Hampers.com over this holiday season and the customer service I have received has been great! I made a mistake with the delivery date for one of the hampers and the team amended it for me straight away. A few weeks later I realised that one of my recipients would be on holiday and again, Steve changed it for me immediately. I really appreciated the help that was given to me during this busy time as most companies would not be so accommodating.”

“I have been ordering corporate hampers for the last few years and am generally pleased with the product. The only thing that lets the company down is the delivery. I placed one order for 25 hampers and it took 4 deliveries, numerous chasing up phone calls and received 5 emails for each hamper ordered. All of which made the process exhausting. For future I will collect the hampers myself.”
