“The actual baskets were well made and the contents were of good quality but for the price, I did expect a tad more. What lets me down was the delivery day that I paid extra for was missed and that caused a problem for both deliveries. I understand that this is probably covered in the small print but maybe the option of a particular day should be removed if it can't be adhered to.”

“A lovely hamper for my in-laws with red wine, cheese and crackers. The hamper/box had a magnetic close with straw which made a lovely presentation. Great cheese choice (snowdownia). I was struggling to get a red wine hamper before Christmas and this one came through for me! Thank you!”

“I have always been very pleased with my hampers, and once again this year I ordered several. Among my orders were two gluten free hampers and I was upset to hear from one of the recipients, Mr Michael Barwell of Kettering that in his hamper there were three items that 'may ' contain gluten. As he is a coeliac he obviously did not feel able to eat these items, the raspberry chocolate was one, sorry I cannot remember the others. Gluten free must be just that, to a coeliac a trace is too much. Thank you, Maggie Barwell”

“Pleased with the high quality of items which I believe are fairly priced. I paid extra for a named day delivery, but with Royal Mail strikes going on it's understandable that the exact day couldn't be adhered to. That's the only reason for taking away one star. otherwise perfectly happy.”
