I ordered my hamper at the beginning of Dec 22. Scheduled to be delivered after 15 Dec. I never received it. This was using the Evri courier and never collected by Evri from the hampers depot. Hampers did rectify it and replace it and was delivered by DPD in Jan 23. However the customer service I received was below expectations to say the least using the useless chat systems and customer service. How this debacle was not made more clear to customers is very surprising and I have since found out that I am not the only customer experiencing problems by not receiving their Christmas hamper before Christmas.
